My complaint is not with Party Gals, but with one of their consultants Kim LeBlanc. I hosted a party where Kim was the consultant. I had orders that totaled over $300.00. Orders were paid in cash, check & debit/credit cards. Checks were cashed two days after the party. Debit/credit cards were never charged. After contacting her multiple times I was given the run around- when she would return calls it was always via text about 2 days after my call/text. Ladies were calling asking me about their order and I was inquiring about all of the orders to Kim. About 3 weeks after asking about my order and sometimes getting responses (i.e. order came in but was damaged, so I had it reshipped) I received a text indicating that she was in the hospital and her daughter was working to get the orders out. Finally fed-up I contacted the corporate office and was advised that she apparently was doing this same thing to a handful of party she has had in the last two months.

The corporate office was wonderful. They are honoring the orders once we produce the sales receipt and the front/back of the cleared check. They did not have to do this, as they will now be out of the money that Kim kept.

I am filing a police report for theft against Kim Leblanc. If you come across her and think about having a party, rethink and just order directly from the company.

Had a party took about three weeks for my friends to get the stuff they ordered... However, I spent about $164 and I never received my stuff. Amanda Hillsdale stated at the party that it would take about 10 days to receive our things. I assumed 10 business days, well I finally after a whole month of waiting told her I wanted a refund and that took about an extra week...šŸ˜”. I will never hold another party with party gals or Amanda Hillsdale from Patterson, CA for that matter. She still owes my friend a refund and we shall see how long that takes! I also called Las Vegas party gals 800# and never received a call back! This company and Amanda Hillsdale are no good and not professional at all! Besides it's cheaper to order from good vibrations and you get your order right way for cheaper and free gifts, you can also look for coupons online.

Being a Party Gal for almost 2 years, It breaks my heart when I hear of someone having a bad experience, especially when products were purchased and its not delivered. Thank you for complaining directly to corporate in your situation because this distributor should not be in business. When Distributors don't follow through with their orders, it makes ALL of us hard working moms and business women look bad. Please don't let one bad apple ruin the fun that Party Gals can bring to you and your friends. Take care and good luck!

This situation also happened at a party I attended and purchased from in March, however, the gal got fired from Party Gals when we reported the situation and we are working to recover our money. I am not sure if it was the same person as some people use different names when in a scam. No goods were ever delivered and its been over four months. This gal also took our receipts saying she needed them to send with our products. It was a cash or check only- which put me on edge, and she was from out of state- no representatives in MT. I can only warn people to be aware of the situation and if you don't feel good about the situation, no matter how much you love your hosts, just go with your gut, save your money, and make sure to take notes.
