KEY Pinetown wrong part and refund policy.

I am disgusted with the lack of customer care at Key Pinetown yesterday the 10/09/2018.
I was a walkin customer.
I confirmed my part with the parts consultant and paid with my credit card.
On collections I noticed I was given a wrong part. This was clearly a GM Key Pinetwon mistake.
This is where my nightmare starts.
I was refuse a credit on my credit card.
Instead offered a cheque ...unacceptable.
Management didn't appear to be interested in assisting that was clearly a mistake done by that branch.
Even the financial manager was most unhelpful person and not interested.
Trying to contact the MD was just as fruitful and was instead given his PA.
I would not be buying anytime soon, this is also the second tme a wrong part was presented at collection.

KEY Pinetown Unprofessionalism/job threats

I was invited by 2 key individuals to their networking evening for business tonight at 6pm 15 Feb 2017. Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles and happy staff of the company which made me feel so welcomed, they went on to state that they glad I was there, as I am one who would be well suited for the evening being a professional financial advisor.

Upon having a single drink courtesy of the company, I approached 2 random groups of fellow networkers - the one lady Alison from netstar went on to explain that she has sold tracker units for the company and that is her affiliation with the company, the second group complained about the car they bought. I on the other hand did not in any way sell any products...I simply told them what I do, and listened to them before exchanging words as selling a product takes financial planning.

Soon after having been ASKED for my number and business cards I went on to state that I don't keep cards for events as this but provided my number to two people.

I was then called by a Trini employee at KEY Pinetown who requested I accompany him outside to which I did, he then pulled me from the crowd and stated "I want you to leave, you are not welcome here as you have not bought a car from us, infact what you are doing selling your products is unprofessional and I want you to begone from here, and I don't want to see you here during the day disturbing my employees either, and don't irritate me as I have high friends in Liberty head office that will end your job"

I feel that, not only is this an example of unprofessionalism but all his threats lack backup and if not mistaken I could infact take up legal action?

Upon apologising and trying to explain he stated" I don't want to hear it, if my directors see you I am in trouble just turn around and leave" I then nodded and tried to shake his hand professionally and he swiped my hand away.

Again, word of mouth is of key importance and to experience this, is quite frightening since most employees see me either at their homes or during their "Lunch Times" which some don't seem to get?

Regardless, I have noted this and intend on raising awareness for the lack of professionalism of this individual by the name of "Trini" and will be finding out info further on this.

As much as I may not have bought a car from Key, I have refered people so to experience this without even being able to explain only told "Begone or ill have your job" in obvious terms should speak for itself.

Going forward, I have no intention of listening to him, I will simply make sure I see my clients at Key that are happy with me during their lunch times or at home as is their right I believe.
