Instalflex / Product sent...Not ordered

I only ordered a sample of this product (INSTAFLEX) for which I paid $5 problem. The next thing I know I get another bottle delivered that I did not order, with $75 charged to my credit card. (I did not even sample the product yet.) The 6 pages of the terms and conditions says that if you are unsatisfied with the product you will get a full refund "including shipping and handling". Later in the terms and conditions it says that the customer is responsible for return shipping??? Confusing and contradictory to say the least. In order to get your refund you must return the bottle empty or full, at your expense...not exactly a full refund. I would not recommend this product because of the very poor customer service, and their hidden auto-ship enrollment stipulation...that requires you to call them to cancel before they send the next bottle. If they were on the up & up, they would include a return shipping label as other supplement companies do, as a good business practice.

    Same here, product sent...not order and no refund, I returned it to sender on February 11, 2017, as of today's date March 14, 2017, they said they didn't received.
