Insignia Travels review: Scammed 1

Beware of Aady from Insignia Travels. Apparently also goes by Anadi Rastogi of My Dreamz Travels. He scammed us recently by asking me to pay and then using stolen credit cards to actually pay for the travel. Imagine going to the airport and then realizing that the tickets have been cancelled. I had called just the day before to confirm and everything was said to be OK. I paid by credit card so hope to at least get that money back. However I paid emergency ticket prices at the airport and I am out $3, 400. Anyone have any ideas of how to recover that money? Can the airline be held accountable as they didn't tell me that the tickets had been cancelled even though the time gap between the purchase and date of travel was 3 months.

Hello,
You cannot hold the airline accountable for that as they do not have your information on file (somebody else, i.e. Insignia Travels) purchased the ticket on your behalf with a fraudulent credit card. This is 100% fraud and you should file a police report immediately. I became also victim of these criminals and also filed a report.
