ICSE Board review: Wrong information for our freedom fighters! 42

sir i m praveen pimoli i wanted to print my board result in yr paper...i sent it to dehradun press...i got 94% bt they have printed 91.8%.the news was printed on 24th may 2014...i have attached my marksheet if u don't believe..plz recheck the best 5 subject percent and kindly print the correct percent(94) on the paper...plz sir

I hereby complaining to u on the topic donation. we stay in Kurla (e) and have 1 daughter of 3yrs, we have to put her in good school, so i heard the name of gregorious school which is situated in chembur that it is a reputed school. we fill the form and drop the form in the school letter drop and we were call on 19th december for interview and in the interview they mention that they will call till 30th jan. i waited till 30th jan 2013, then i call on 31st of jan they told me wait till 5th feb i again wait and call on 5th feb, they told on 5th feb wait till 15th feb if call comes then ur child has been selected and if doent come then ur child has been rejected. then i personally visited the school on 11th and asked they told call has got ended. then from somehow we got to know contact mr. tambhi the trustee of school he can help u. again we were haveing little hope. then when i visited to his home he was not there and the poen of his told me (there is no use of putting the forms in the drop box of the school you should have bring the form over her sir may have help ur child to get in the school. next day i again visited the same thing sir was not der. again on 3rd day i visited at that time sir was there i requested sir he asked me and my husband for donation of 5 lakhs. in short those who ever got the call they have given him donation of some amount to get in the school.
i jst wanted to know that is this a correct way to select the child on basis of donation.
And pls i request u that tell the school that if they r selecting some cheats of the name of child then pls open in front of parents and not personally. and if u also wanted to hear abt mr. tambi's word then u can also visit to his house as a parent. i dont know how a school trustee can own a huge property this is all about donation.
so i request u to pls take action on Gregorious school chembur... and let my child get admission without donation..

This is really shamefull for our government. Our government should take strong action aganist these boards and authors who are behind these fake stories. We are living in free india only for these great heros. These stupid persons don't know about our history so they should stop writing.

I think this is absolutely absurd. Those contents must be challenged in legal courts.

I am surprised to see that, our teachers are willing to teach such subject with honor. This must not be accounted as their responsibility. However their responsibility to create self esteem and love for greatness of our country within the Indian students.

I still remember once someone from western world had commented "The greatness of Indians are lying in their teaching system, we must change that to make them our slave". Those days, in India, the guru-shishya tradition was still alive. And Britisher have succeed in change of the system and later succeed in ruling over India. And I still wonder that even after 63 years of freedom, we are still continuing this system for educating our children. Well there are few laws as well.

We must do something to bring the Takshshila, and Nalanda vidyapith system back in our Education System, which was proven to be the great elixir in ancient graduates.

This is proven once again that though the Britishers are gone already from our country, they still ruling our mindset. And their will is described in ICSE Books.

What the hell ICSE is?
Are we so much slave that we are continuing such slavery action from western world?

We must understand that studying in ICSC courses is not the matter of proud to a true Indian.

some people are systematically doin this for spoiling our history.we must stand firm against it.

i have visited book stores for this above information & go through 2 to 3 books of icse 6th standard social science of diffrent author but i cant find it... shop keeper said there r 10 books of diffrent author. so i'll chek it out and take action against it... JAGO INDIA JAGO! JAI HIND...

the thing is that icse officials are uneducated and even they had not heard about bhagat singh, sukhdev and rajguru from their father and fore fathers... even they are the shhit... who dont told their children about these great persons... are they fool... who sacrifice their lives for our country...

That's bloody pathetic. One should shoot the author of this text. Shame would be shameful on itself after reading this. These ICSE ppl are once again trying to prevail there culture in INDIA. They are justifying there beliefs and practices over our india culture. Instead of blaming them, we should be aware of the fact that we should not admit our children in schools affiliated to ICSE. CBSE and PSEB boards are also providing excellent education.

How can thes guys be terrorist, i thought india had came up little bit with the image of disloyal citizens, who keep on blemish the country for its freedom fighters, beauty etc. The ICSE board officials had shown a high class MC, BC attitude for their Freedom Fighters. It is nice to see there are a few people, who are proud to be Indians. I really can't beleve it ! I feel that the people responsible for this should be prosecuted and they should apologise publicly and I really don't understand or comprehend how this could happen.

Well I have not read the book but if its True than Its a shame on all of us and Govt. & ICSE should step forward and Apologise for the same though every possible media. Its time to wake up guys only saying and making mvies saying "A GENERATION AWAKNING" wont sere any purpose.

I've no idea about the syllabus of ICSE books. But if this is true then this is a matter of shame of all, its a shame on Minstry of Education, Department of Education, Govt. of India and to all the teachers who teaches such things to the students. The correction should be made in the books as soon as possible. All the schools should guide their students properly. They should tell them the truth instead of teaching them wrong things about our nation and the freedom fighters.

Come Bhagat Singh, Hari Shivaram Rajguru, Sukhdev Thapar was an Indian freedom fighter not terrorists… Wats going on In my schooling they are treated as heroes but now they are been placed as terrorists ohh God give respect to them they are fought for of our Independence they are died for our Country… tell me is any one who are ready to give life for the country NO NO not even 1 including me but they are not like that (Bhagat Singh, Hari Shivaram Rajguru, Sukhdev Thapar) they fought for the country and died for the country.

But, from the comments above, it is not clear whether it is 6th std. text book of ICSE or Mumbai university's distant education text book of history? Can anyone clarify? If both are true, the same can be highlighted thru' Noted news papers like TOI, Indian Express, Loksatta & Maharashtra Times, Hindustan times, navabharat times, etc.

Instead of sending 'Faltu' SMS, we must forward this to all patriotic indians, irrespective of caste & religion.

If one goes by a textbook published by the Mumbai University Institute of Distant Education, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev indulged in "terrorist activities".

Chapter 15 of the History Paper-I, Landmarks in World History Occasion, which is read by first year BA students, says this: 'Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were hanged for killing the British. The (British) government put severe measures to curb this freedom movement. However, terrorist activities continued in Bengal and Maharashtra.'

"Instead of calling the deeds of freedom fighters as revolutionary, they were termed as terrorist activities"

Indeed shame on the government but then left historians have corrupted Indian history... mughal barbaric rules history are ignored and freedom fighters been projected as terrorist...
