hosting POOR SERVICE

When I purchased my Domain with 1&1 internet, a friend recommended 1&1 to me. I purchased it from my old email account, that I no longer have access to. I sense then have recommended you to others.

After my week encounter of poor, nail starching service, I will no longer referrer this company to others.

My complaint in NOT about you protecting the clients’ privacy! It’s the efficiency of helping the client recovery their information so they can set it up with the new email address. The last guy I spoke with was the straw that broke the camel’s back. After explaining to him my frustrating he was hell bent on not letting me speak with a manager, which would have brought some satisfaction to this issue. It sounds like he was acting under direct orders from his manager and if that’s the case 1&1 Internet; it has cost them this client and everyone else I know that would be interested in using there service.

After submitting the information that was required; I still do not have my domain name to my current email address I started communication with them on Nov3 and we are Nov 18 today.

Below is copy of there response after I submitted the required information. No response sense the Nov. 9 ( not to the phone calls or they emails).

We have received the information and it is being processed by the
appropriate department. Please wait for an email update from the
Process Department who manually process your request.

people beware of this guys its scam It’s hard to separate fact from fiction in advertising, and certainly no less so when dealing with web hosting inaflashhosting.com. The owner's claims are endlessly repeated in a shameless effort to keep you from reading the fine print. He also traps you by giving you a deal for a year and then abruptly suspending your...
