There was a 99.99 charge to my paypal acct on 10/16/12 that was not authorized and was taken from my monthly bill money! Contacting the company got no reply-never recieved product they claim to have shipped. I need a full refund immediately... I do not want their products or services at all, now or in the future... How and when will I get refunded for the 99.99-living on a fixed income-the money was to cover my electric bill this month... Can I get this resolved? Sharon walczak, =[protected]@verizon.net
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was billed $99.99 on my credit card for a product that I am not aware that I ever ordered, or ever received. How do I reverse the charges and cancel the order?
