Dan Gerace and Tim Moore are two guys that make up G&M Properties that lease out apartments in houses in DeKalb, IL. The homes they rent are old run-down out-of-code places (433 College in particular) and when things in the apartment go wrong, at no fault of the tenants (the furnace breaks, the toilets run, the windows don't close...) the landlord will not fix them, they will ignore calls, they will blame the tenants, and demand money. Dan Gerace is an ex-cop and he will use his connections with the police to track you down for that money.

I would like to lodge a Complaint and in addition, I want a correction in Monthly Bill too.
Please find below details, for your perusal,
August 2019: Submitted documents for Change Name and following, on perusal, noticed that documents have been misplaced by the office team.
July 2022: Again Submitted documents for Change Name.
Sep 2022: First Bill received, following change name and noticed that text to be deleted/ amended, as attached Red highlighted Box.
Please note that correction is required for future records purpose, as well.
Please correct the spellings of WAPDA (and not as mentioned in Bill too).

I honestly believe that Dan Gerace and Tim Moore are the best landlords anyone could possibly ask for. If anything were to go wrong, they come fix it immediately! I've been with them for several years now and I am so happy I went with G&M Properties for my first rental unit. The price is so reasonable and Dan and Tim are super friendly and understanding! They are awesome and I really hope they never give up on renting to honest and hard working Americans because so many of us all we need is a chance or someone to go out on a limb and trust in you and Dan & Tim did that for Us!
