Fones4All / Refuse to stop charging!

I ordered Fones 4 All service in 2006. I then cancelled their service the next two days before they billed me. I then tried to get life line which I always had before the state took over.

Fones4 All says I am still their customer and refuse to stop charging ten dollars to put me on life and ten dollars to take me off life line, when I tried to contact them a lot of times, every since 2006 they never allow me to talk to anyone. SBC says they can't help, I have contacted the consumer affairs they said that they could not help, yet Fones4 All keep charging my phone and won't stop. No one ever answers the number that is provided for you to call, they leave you on the phone for ever. At&T, SBC they are all in this together and Fones4 All is one of their providers. Yet I am disabled with an asthmatic child and they want to cut off my phone.

    I'm having the same problem with fones4all i signed up in December of 2006. I was told to send in universal lifeline papers that was suppose to be mailed to me that i never received. It is now almost may of 2007 i have called over 4 times within that period still have not received anything. When i to see what the problem is they left me on hold for over 15 minutes to come back and say the same thing. The phone that i signed up for supposed to be $5.34 a month turned in to 120.00 for two months and i haven't called no further than across the light of my house.then after i sent in the payment i could not dial out but i could receive calls and this was on a Thursday i called and the supervisor ms. Marcella Travino tells me wait to Tuesday or Wednesday and they will restore it by then so in case of an emergency i guess i would run out in the middle of the street for the neighbor to call 911 because the phone only allowed me to dial 611!

    My mom just told me that she received a bill from this company. She has never heard of them and she only has one phone line at home. She called the customer service number and was transferred many, many times and they keep hanging up on her. She called the phone number that is supposedly a line at her house and they keep hanging up. Do these people verify anything before they provide service?

    This company is a complete rip off and scam. I received a bill from them for no reason at all and know that I'm trying to dispute it I can never get anyone on the line ......the phone just rings and rings to no avail or a recording will say "try back durinng normal business hours" when it's like 2:00pm in the afternoon. My question is .......When are the business hours? especially for PST.....I'm in california. I don't want this bill to affect my credit and will not be paying this bill. If i continue to get harrassed about a bill I will be going to court.

    I received a letter from Fones 4 All around the end of Feburary stating that they were having financial problems due to this they are going out of business, that I had to find another provider by the 1st of March insured this was nothing to do with my account. So I called SBC to switch over they stated that since it was so close to the first they could not switch due to the phone line would be dead but I could set up new service with a new number. Which now I'm informed that my line has been active since March 4th yet my old number by Fones 4 All was still ring. I got a bill from SBC, but yet don't have there phone service coming into my home. Now my phone has been disco stating past due bill under Fones 4 All which no longer should have been on my line. It states to call Telecommunications a 1-800 number when I did they stated I shouldn't call them transf me to another number they stated they are not Fones 4 All. tried to call the number on my bill want go thru, SBC stated they can fix the issue due the line has to be transferred over to there's and they will charge me now I don't know what to do and I have no phone now because they lied.

    well for most of all fones 4 all sucks they went out of busniess and i never recieved a notice saying that on such date they were going out of busniess now i have telscape which also sucks. i never signed up for telscape so how can i have telscape it makes no sense but on thing i do know is that tescape and fones 4 all sucks...

    You guys don't know n e thing about about Fones 4 All first of all it's a great company that many people to advantage of and if you had Fones 4 All and now have telescape it's because the are the one's that can take over there account depending in the area you live in

    I understand how you feel about fones4all I worked for them and I quit because I knew that we really weren't helping out anyone. I would see people not doing there JOB playing games on and talking on there cell phones. I hated working for the customer service dept. I knew the phone service sucked I was the one handleing the call about our phone service. I had about 200 calls a day about how we added people to our phone service without them even knowing. I feel sorry that I could not help you guys out I tried but no one in my company would listen to me. Fones4All you guys suck!!!
