I was looking for medication that can be bought online and found company named Evolution Worldwide Limited. I submitted an order with them but didn’t receive even confirmation. Needless to say my order didn’t reach me either and all my refund requests were just ignored.

While I am seeing a vast number of complaints about this company I too was a complainant.. I ordered a wrist watch camera and it did not arrive within the stated days so I complained, both to EWW & Paypal, later to Mastercard. I saw that the item was supposedly shipped the next day after ordering. I was finally able track its path and discovered it was sent from Shanghai by SHIP, arriving at Vancouver two weeks later. It took another week to cross Canada and finally get delivered to me after 22 days. It appears the selection of the lowest rate of shipping ws the reason. To my surprise the watch camera works very well and the watch is an exceptional ly good time keeper. the stainless steel wristband .was a bonus, and so I reported the arrival to Paypal and Mastercard and the complaint was dropped..
I recently ordered a pen cam, not knowing it was supplied by EWW. Since the money was paid via Paypal I will now wait three weeks to see whether the same process has been followed. The method of shipping was not stated.
The manual supplied with the watch was poorly written, clearly by someone with a very poor knowledge of English, but I was able to get all functions working.
I am hoping that with patience I will get the product and it will work as well as the previous one. I do believe in credit where its due and the fault lies in the lack of information and clarity and a poor customer relations department to give satisfactory answers to customers. When a customer understands then problems can be solved. If the process of delivery is explained then with patience the item will arrive, hopefully in good condition. Most times the packaging is good.and the item is well protected so the Postal Service has no excuse. Perhaps my experience was unusual ...but I DID get the product and was satisfied.

purchased a tablet from Evolution Worldwide Limited on 2-8-2011 I still have not rcvd. it. I contacted the FL BBB and after several attempts they (the BBB) closed the case because the company ( Evolution Worldwide Limited ) never responded.

Same as above, I got caught in the scam. No status update, no email and I should of known once it being delivered by organization.
