This website is absolutely horrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! What they really don't mention is that it is a company from China. Everything is made from China and sent to wherever you are. The problem is they take pictures of dresses off of other sites and TRY to make the dress with the ONE picture they have. I tried on a dress at David's Bridal and the size I tried on fit perfect and I fell in love with it. I went and looked online and found the same dress on this website. They used the same picture that David's Bridal had on their website. It was a lot cheaper, so I ordered it. After I ordered it, I looked on my bank account and noticed a fee for an international transaction.. that is when I noticed my dress was coming from China. I got my dress and it was not the same dress that I saw in the picture. The size was all wrong too. I contacted customer service with hopes of getting it sent back and fixed or refunded for it. They gave me a fake address. I went to Fedex to try and send it back, but they could not find the postal code in their system. I tried to talk to customer service (which the only way you can is by email) and they kept beating around the bush. I eventually just ordered the same dress in the bigger size.. I just got it today and it STILL doesn't fit and it is the COMPLETE wrong dress. 360 dollars and a month away from my wedding... I have no dress. So I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My daughter ordered a dress from DressingVogue.com that she tried on at a bridal shop. When she received the dress 4 weeks later, it was not the same dress! It had no labels and came from China. We have emailed them, and are waiting for the answer.
