I had purchased yesterday digene from dmart, which when checked at home was expired in early october 2012. where and how do i complain about this. i want to make sure that this nonsense is stopped and the store owner is punished for this severely. This in chance could have hurt anyones heath.
Kindly request your comment/ help for the same. I have got the bill as well as the product as is with me.

Yes, u r right. The thing is they have such business model inherited in DMart. The colddrinks sold in any ojher retail shops have the date written on them but in D Mart when I asked them that I want to have a large chunk for my showrooms customers, they asked me which date I wanted to print on them. Digging more, I could find that they themselves had a machine to print the date on the colddrink bottle. Similarly many other products re sold.. Companies like Amul and other are also involved in this. Its a shame. I was really disappointed when I found all this out...
