Dialogue Mobile / Unauthaurized deduction on Airtime
This is shocking: On the 18/03/2012 a company called Dialogue Mobile deducted R14.99 from MTN cell phone and when I called([protected]) them, they advised that I subscribed to some service on the internet.I told them that I never heard of them in my life and the just told that they will remove the subcription.Today the 21/03/2012, they deducted R45 rand.MTN says they cannot stop them and the nothing they can do. I decided to go to Hellow Peter and to my suprise, there are alot of complaints about Dialog Mobile stilling peoples airtime, I'm talking hundreds of rands and it seems that non of the mobile service provider even though they have a partnership with Dialogue Mobile, can stop this theft. When I dial the customer service line, they say that they cannot answer and to unsuscribe, wait for the beep.
Can you kindly help me expose of this company and make South Africans become aware of this.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for any information you might need or you can see for yourself on Hellow Peter.I cannot load airtime on my phone and my contract airtime is being stolen every time.
All I want is a proof of the websites I visited, dates I visited them and costs that are still to be deducted and finally, to be unscribed from whatever it is that they say I subscribed to.
Surely if there was a warning of costs involved, I would not have dared to view whatever it is.
