Sierra vista county sheriffs dept. left two people and a dog over 30 miles from home in the hot Arizona sun, and laughed at us as the van i was driving got towed for no good reason. even the tow truck guy said i do not see why but i have to do as sheriff say ………..
me & a family member & 90lbs dog asked to use my roommates van. she said sure, and we left.drove about 30 miles and the dog just wanted to run. we went down a dirt street to then pulled off road parked and went for a short walk 4o min. came back to find van being towed. the tow guy said he will call sheriff and he can explain why.
about 20 min. 5 sheriff units showed up. i then showed the proper papers to officer and he said i left it then i was told in a snicker voice, WELL WE FOUND DIRT IN YOUR VAN AND YOU COULD BE SMUGGLERS SO WE TOWING IT. the report said because it was not my van. i went to the head of sheriffs and was turned away at the door and told too bad and if i don’t shut up i will go next door for a long time (JAIL)
twice the van has been towed by sheriffs wrongfully. but to leave people with out water way out nowhere and for them to sit where van was towed from for over an hour laughing at the look on my face when van went anyway. and now i’m subjected to sheriff making up laws just to try to bust you. sheriff stop me went thru my pockets said he calling city cops of sierra vista. it looked like he made call then tells me i, m in a world of ### now i better tell on someone fast or well it can be ruff. he lied the whole time. and that, s just the tip of it sheriffs are doing a murder case in the death of my roommate and friend of 40yr. son.and a very very poor job is being done two boys were killed the sheriffs do nothing a year almost and still nothing.you want damage and hurt? come see the sheriffs bullies hear.
I was trespassing on property and a forth party shows up and opens fire on me after I announce I'm not armed sorry for trespassing and I'm leaving tells me freeze and shots once I said if you shoot me it's murder I then turned got in my truck as he fired several shots into my truck as I drove away from him. Not his house or property and not being g threatened or infear of harm unloaded a 45 on me! Sheriff's show up and care about my trespassing do nothing about the attempted murder cause everyone knows the law and when u can legally shoot some one correct!
CCSO are a bunch of young kids that have no training are not from this area and are not associated with the community. They do not know the people of this community and they spend their time eating. I have witnessed an overweight Sheriff trying to get out of an SUV in front of the Military Store on Fry BLVD. How are you supposed to be able to chase anyone? My chief complaint is an incident that happened on the eve of Thanksgiving to some people leaving Paul's Pub, and how they were stalked until they got into county lines and then they were stopped and harassed. The female was thrown to the ground and was bruised, all this with no female officer present, She was frisked and mauled by these two male so called officers. Then she was arrested with bogus charges and thrown into jail with a HELGA who told her to stop the DRAMA and once again she was thrown to the floor. You know, no matter what everyone deserves to be treated like human beings and not animals. What happened to our constitutional rights? Furthermore, you all wonder why when a crime is committed you get no cooperation from the locals? You are not locals and you have no training and no pride in what you do for a living. Why don't you come to my house and let me molest you and kick your ### and throw you in a cell with Bubba? I hope this gets read and someone does something about it. The people this happened to were from out of town and they vow they will not return, one of them was my son who is serving in the US Army? You all sure know how to treat someone who fights for your FREEDOM! You should be admonished and fired>>>All cops in this town, city or county have this chip on their shoulders and they think they are above their OWN LAW! Here is the kicker, these two young people were doing the right thing by not driving while drinking, but walking home and they were 4 houses away when this all happened. You should feel so good about yourselves. You are not above the LAW. I hope that somebody does read this comment and monitors your websites. I am very upset. You know who you are. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. Now what are you going to do SHERIFF?
THE DEFINITION OF SHERIFF: an elected official who is in charge of enforcing the law in a county or town of the U.S. Not one that looks to stop someone without probable cause and lie about why and who reported the situation. You make me sick!
you cops pull people over for nothing you make things up you are liars i was on my way back from tuc when my girl friend and i where harassed on the way back from an mri appointment the cop said they had a tip we were caring drugs bull crap they detained us for about an hour against our right yes people we do have rights he had to call boarder patrol to get a dog you think if they had a tip off they would of had a dog already after harassing us he finally let us go they are on a power trip and need to be shut down put in prison for harassing citizens crooked cops come here on vacation leave on probation
