Biotel review: heart monitor

My husband was told he need to wear this monitor for his heart for a month then he was told that after he was done with it was to be mailed back to them which it was sent and now I'm being bill for a device that they said I never returned and I tried to call them and they was very rude to me and I no it was sent off in the mail but it make me wonder if they are trying to make money off me.
