Once you leave this school, the Chancellor refuses to provide transcripts. Perhaps it's her attempt to "get back at you" for leaving, but the unfortunate truth is that if you "cross her", all business etiquette is gone. My advice to anyone considering this school is to look elsewhere.

I have attended BBCCS receiving my Associates, Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. and have had no problems receiving my transcripts. It is unfortunate that you would try to destroy the credibility of the school and the chancellor because of your own negativity.

I truly know that you cant please everyone. But trying to be as objective as possible my experience at BBCCS was a good one.
Granted there are some things that can stand to be improved upon, but frankly I don't know not one school or business that cant stand some improvement.
I attended BBCCS for 5 years receiving in that time my BA, MA, PhD. It was hard there was a lot of work to do, I saw people come and people go, I saw happy people and I saw angry people. I many graduations with many happy students and heard the complaints from those who didn't graduate. I have always gotten my transcripts, even when I lost the first set of transcript The Chancellor gave me another set of what I misplaced. Transcripts are not free, if you pay the transcript fee you will receive your transcripts.
The only reasons I now about that would prevent you from receiving your transcripts are unpaid fees or unfinished class work either or will prevent you from receiving transcripts. Sorry for your unfortunate experience. But mine experience was a great one.
