Coco Furniture is a manufacturer of contemporary furniture based out of China. I happened upon their site and contacted them to see if they sold directly to consumers. The saleperson was named Victor Young, and he told me I could order as much or as little as I wanted to order. Mr. Young was very responsive at first. He incentivized me to wire the funds by promising the items would ship within 25 days. My order included approximately $2000 in furniture and $500 in shipping costs. Once I wired the funds, he wouldnt return any of my emails. Months later, I finally received an email from someone else advising me that the furniture was on its way. After being forced to pay an additional $1600 in "Shipping/Port Fees" to a freight forwarding company that basically held my shipment hostage unless I paid them such amount (for which they refused to provide any explanation), I finally received the furniture and quickly realized that Coco Furniture was a fraud...not only had they sent me items totally different from what I ordered, Mr. Young lied about many of their products and didn't even send me some of the products I ordered and the quality of the products was a joke. The final purchase invoice sent to me by Mr. Young had 11 items listed; of those, 8 were wrong, 1 was not sent at all, 1 was incomplete and 1 was correct. Even the dining chairs were not the same color as each other! I had paid over $4000 for a bunch of junk that I couldnt even sell on Craigslist. And for two months now Coco Furniture has totally ignored my efforts to resolve the situation. Coco Furniture is the most dishonest company I have encountered in all my years of doing business and I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I would like to ask Mr Jerf Jack how he can import replica furniture to Sweden...sounds very strange knowing the laws in Scandinavia.
With regards to Coco (House Kingdom Furniture)... I fully agree about the complains.
I have dealt with them in the past but had to stop due to quality issues, and when complaining they agreed BUT said that refund was only possible if I made a new order of not less than 10.000 USD (My complain was about a 1000 USD compensation).
I have been in their factory and the nice showroom they have, so YES I know them very well.
First lot from them was OK but 2nd and 3rd was with a 50-75% problem rate.
I think the vertfiy which comments are real or fake post the bill of sale.

coco furniture sell good products and good quality.also make very well in after sales service.we are a Japan company, have been coorperating many years and sure will do more business with them.
Coco furniture has over 8 years experience. I worked with them and import to Australia for over 7 years and totally are happy with their quality and service. Three years warranty, it is real. What i said is that go to visit this company firstly, you will have confidence in working with them.
Coco Furniture now upated as Shenzhen House Kingdom Furniture. 2 years ago, we worked in buying some samples from Coco company and sell in Ebay. it looks good quality. the package is strong enough that we can directly delevery to customers. Now we enlarge our on-line sells. expecting buy 120 pcs per month from Coco company. especially the eames lounge chair replica furniture, barcelona series. egg chair etc...
We are from U.K. and re-sell products to E.U. countries.we have an offer in G.Z. and has 8 years cooperation with COCO company. we have strong bussiness relation-ship and they offer very good service after shipment. sometime we met small problems and certainly will be reply within 24 hours and offer the solution as well.
For the firstly, we go to visit COCO company and buy one 20ft container. And it was selling quite well. now, we sell 2*40ft containers per month due to quality products and good service from COCO company.
Both buyer and seller need to make a good effort on work to establish long term business relation-ship.
Looking for the future. we have more confidence on selling more products and we will import and re-sell those replica furniture.
My experience with this company was horrible. Do not even consider doing business with Coco Furniture--the poor quality of their products is shocking. On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being best), I would rate their products a 1 or 2, and I would rate their customer services a 0and there are no and non-responsive. Their three year warranty is joke. Quite a few of the items I ordered were damaged and they refused to do anything about it. Their warranty is totally meaningless. Without a doubt, this is the worst company I have even encountered.
If Coco charges $200 for a product, its probably worth $5 max.
Coco Furniture makes very poor quality furniture and their customer service is even worse. And they definitely don't stand behind the junk they sell.
