Coastal Transport Moving & Storage review: I would like a 90% refund that would give them 10% for the basic cost of setting up the deal.

We had a moving contract with Coastal Transport to move my daughters apartment in Flagstaff to South Carolina by the end of July. I paid a deposit on July 22nd of $1076.24 they said the balance would be due at pick up. They gave my daughter a 3 day window for pickup July 27 to 29. On the first day 27th no show got a call said they would be there the next day on the 28th before 11am. Next day no show had to call the office they said truck was having issues but would be there the next day on 29th. They asked if they could extend the window my daughter said it had to be done by the 30th no later or the landlord would keep our deposit. On the 29th she was contacted by the driver and he said they were broken down in Phoenix Az and was trying to get the part to fix it. The driver said he would not be there until Tuesday at the lates Aug 2nd at this point we had to find another transport and did packed her belongings ourselves and told the driver don't bother coming just refund our money. After the 28th there was no one calling us back to find out what the issue was or how they could help. After sending several emails finally had a manager reply and he stated that the deposit was not refundable because we didn't cancel on time. They also claimed that the driver had shown up to pick my daughter up but this was impossible because they had to be there before the end of the month.
