Good day
I went to clicks boulders for my prescription today on the 2nd November. I was assisted by the pharmacist by the name of Nkagiseng Nkareng who gave me a hell of a service ever since I was born.
She issued me with an invoice to sign and while I was trying to read it 1st, she just became impatient with me and loudly said, "I said just sign there!". This shocked me as I didn't expect it from a pharmacist. I then said to her that but I can't just sign without reading what I'm signing for. I don't want to sign my life away and I believe everyone does that, they read before signing. She then aggressively said, "I don't need a lecture". I said to her this is not about lecturing, is about my principles, I can't sign without 1st reading. She then swear at me and said "fok I'm done with you". She then moved to the next cubicle and called the next customer. That time my prescription which was meant to be treated as a confidential document, was left lying on top of the counter together with my invoice.
I really didn't appreciate this at all as this happened in front of other customers and other pharmacists. I felt I lost my dignity after being humiliated so badly by a pharmacist who is supposed to know how to treat patients. As much as I felt disrespected and humiliated by her, I want this matter to be attended to and be taken seriously. I am not going to let this go just like that.
