CLC sold us intervals who gave me inconsistent reasons as to why I could not use the intervals to Mauritius when I made the enquiry and another year later. Due to covid we were not able to travel and they failed to inform me that my interval contract is not aligned to the CLC contract. I was then told me that it expires in September 2022. Apparently extended last year which they again fail to communicate it to me.

I am being forced to take holidays in short space of time and when trying to arrange it there does not seem to be anything available.

I have found their response very irrational and illogical and seemingly they will get away like they always do with fraud

Desired outcome: I want my interval to either be extended or refund from CLC. This is fraud.
