I returned a package an item I didn’t like from dh gate.com and they lied to Chime and tell him that the transaction was good, but it was wrong. It was bad did not match the description in the photo of the item that I was looking to buy, and when I returned the item and asked for a refund chime and not do nothing this is the worst bank ever run by Indians from India not American

Claimed loss: I lost some money and Chime cannot give you no money back this bank sucks
