Chiappa Firearms Unable to speak to anyone

Have left several voicemail messages requesting to be called back with no success. Each time I call in I'm stuck on hold and repeatedly told a customer service rep will be right with me which is a straight up lie, have to sit through 10 minutes of that until I'm finally able to leave a voicemail. Also can't get a response by e-mail and their forms on the website are broken. All I want is to be able to get in contact with a person at Chiappa, is that too much to ask for?

Desired outcome: To speak to someone.
