Charity Clothing Pickup

This "charity" calls at all hours of the day and night with different numbers. Today, 11/14/20, they have called me three times so far (it's now 1:15pm). They stay on the line so that my voicemail is activated but never leave a message. I think this is a bogus charity and want the harassment to stop immediately. Please help. The numbers that called today are [protected], [protected], and [protected].

On 1/24/18, NSpire Clothing Pickup came to my home to pick up a donation. However, I had not had a chance to place the donations on the front porch. In the meantime, a bag with Christmas gifts & birthday gifts were left on my front porch for my daughter. The gifts were wrapped in wrapping paper and were in a black bag. There were a total of 10 boxes that were wrapped. Before my husband could pick up the bag, the NSpire driver arrived and picked up the bag off my front porch. The bag was NOT marked NSPIRE, as you are directed to do. My husband tried to catch the truck but they were already down the road. On the 24th, we called and left 7 messages. I also sent an email on the Charity Clothing's website. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RETURN CALL. I called again on 1/25 (5 calls) and was informed they were looking for items. 1/26 called and was informed that their manager looked at the tape and the driver did not have the bag of items. ADVISED HER THAT I HAD A RECEIPT FOR THE BAG THEY PICKED UP. Have been called daily since the 26th and still no resolution. 2/5 called and advised manager was in meeting and there was no one else with authority to speak with me. I want to be reimbursed for the items taken. It was obvious that these were gifts since the items were wrapped. Should be a simple fix.
