I ordered a pair of slacks in 14 tall (with 35" inseam) on Nov. 30, 2011. the order was on backorder. On Jan. 6, 2012 the order was shipped. The slacks were marked 14 tall but they were too short (31" inseam). I returned the slacks the next day in the mail bag provided by chadwicks. The charge appeared on my credit card Jan.6, 2012. When I repeatedly callled to have the charge removed from my credit card, I kept being told that it would take 60-90 days. I last callled on April 5, 2012 and talked to a customer service representative(Amanda) who assured me this would be taken care of and the refund would be processed within a week.
As of today, April 19, 2012, the refund has not been processed. When I call and try to have this taken care of, many of the employees are very rude to me. I would like to have my refund, This has been a very frustrating experience dealing with this company.
