CBS News review: Accepting payments on my vehicle

We purchased a vehicle and financed through Capital City Bank in Tallahassee, Fl . I always use the website to make payments and it never tells me what is due. In July of this year I missed a payment. The website doesn't update and specify amount due,. Long story short end of July I became Ill and missed payment in August . A few days after the hurricane they reposesed vehicle. I have reached out and practically begged for them to allow me to pay all behind, money, allow monthly payments to be taken out and all fees occured . They refuse saying I need to refinance or its going to auction. I have done nothing but cried and reached out to banks, credit union and tried to remortgage home in order to pay this vehicle off. They are going to ruin our credit at retirement and that we worked so hard to maintain. Please help us resolve this issue. We are hard workers and have always tried to maintain a good credit score. I'm so frustrated and do not understand how people can be so hateful. I have reached out to chief loan officer as well but they will not give me any information on how to contact.
