Castle Ridge review: Management

Often, my boss would touch me in ways I did not want, and I expressed to him that I did not want to be touched. Yesterday, I was accepting an order from a vendor and he groped me, upon apologizing and saying it was accidental he did it again. He then told my boss what happened and they both laughed about it. This morning I walked into work and was immediately called into the office of the HR director, there I was fired without reason and upon asking why, I was told that they had simply decided to go a different route.
