Casetify I made a purchase for a new case for the iPhone 13 pro and screen protector and camera protector

I made a purchase for a new case for the iPhone 13 pro and screen protector and camera protector.I paid extra for fast shipping.the next week they told me that the order would not be shipped out for another month.I sent a request for a refund. I did not want to wait 30 days for the order.No response for a refund. I received an email last week asking me how I liked the products.I sent an email back telling them that we have never received the order. No response either.I spent $160 with nothing to show for it. Poor customer service or no customer service. Beware of buying anything from Casetify. a total rip off

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Currently I have YET to receive my refund on a phone case. I sent it via priority mail 7 weeks ago. I think we all would agree especially with a tracking number that the postal service doesn't make too many errors. Anyway, it was confirmed on the postal service's website that they received it and it even identified the person who received it. This 1-2 day delay of responses is so inefficient. I've had two representatives on this problem (Kady and another representative) and they both said they would be refunding me, yet nothing. I contacted my bank, nothing. So in case they want to place blame on the bank. The worst part of this is I asked a fair request which was to be reimbursed the $9.90 I spent to get this to them in a timely manner using priority mail. Their response was "it is not our policy to assist in refunding for postage." Perhaps they haven't heard of good customer service and thinking outside policy. After STILL no refund almost 6 weeks later, they can't assist with $9.90? I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WHOMEVER READS THIS SHOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER.

My first mistake was paying $75 for a case. I purchased my first case from CASETiFY on 9/19. It finally arrived on 10/02, 13-days later. Not even 1.5 months later, the edges of my case has turned a nasty ***/yellow. I work from home, dont smoke or do anything that should cause a change this drastic. CASETiFY sent me a replacement case; replacement order was placed 1/30/22 & shipping label created same day. On 2/16, they sent an email with a $30 promo code that only works on basic cases (in other words, no case Im interested in). I emailed them on 2/24, 25 DAYS LATER, to let them know the package hasnt moved. They emailed me back with a tracking number. Guess what, its 2/27 and the package STILL HAS NOT MOVED. Dont waste your hard earned money. They are ridiculously overpriced and the shipping is horrendous. They will loose your case and its up to you to keep track of it, or it will never come.

What a horrible company to buy from. I purchased a case on 3/9. Item was marked as shipped and has not updated at the original shipping location for over a week. I contacted the company in regards to this and they gave me, not just one - but TWO different responses in the same email as to where my item is.

First response: We have tracked your order down, unfortunately, since the case did not pass the quality check, your order has been again scheduled for manufacturing and re-inspection processes. It usually takes up 3-5 working days.

Second response, immediately after the first: We have tracked your order down, your order has been shipped out on Mar 16. Once it is sorted out and scanned into the system, you will be able to track it. It usually takes 5-7 working days to activate the tracking code. Please allow a little bit more time for delivery to be arranged.

So what actually is the case with this item?! The tracking they sent me even shows it has been received at a certain location and hasn't moved since March 9? Never, and I mean never, have I heard of a postal service taking 5-7 business days to activate a tracking code! I've only worked for a postal service for 6 years so I probably know a little. Not only that, they won't respond to my last email asking what response is the correct one. This is absolutely ridiculous for a business that sells $60+ cases. I mean, I probably shouldn't have paid that regardless and looked at reviews first but clearly I'm not the only unhappy customer here. I will be fully reporting this issue, rerouting the shipment (if it actually even shipped) and getting my money back. Shame on this company.

This company is not based out of *** (despite it stating its headquarters is in ). You will get charged an international fee if you order from them, and they don't post it anywhere on their website nor do they warn you at checkout.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SLIMY COMPANY. I paid $20 for expedited shipping, which meant the case was supposed to get to me in 6 days. Its been a week and a half and the order still says processing, so I contact customer service (which takes 48 hours to get back to you if at all) and they say my case wont be shipped until the end of October at the earliest. Um ok so why do they even offer expedited shipping? They act like theyre some small company shipping cases out of someones garage. The cases are too expensive to have such bad customer service and shipping turn around. AWFUL company. Could not recommend less. I dont care how nice the cases are - their business practices are absolute garbage.

Literally impossible to connect with someone to resolve any issues. They do not have a customer service phone number at all and they do not respond properly back to your emails. At the end of the day I had to dispute my charges which could have been solved easier.

Horrific. They have zero customer service support. They only allow customers to email and their responses are automatically generated and never answer the question that was asked. I am absolutely livid. They made a mistake twice with my order and will not respond to the questions that I am very specific with in my emails. I keep asking to speak to a representative (and not a robot), but apparently there is no such thing. So, essentially they make customers so frustrated and hope they walk away instead of address their issues. Absolutely disgusted with this company.I wish I could leave zero stars.

this company has the worst customer service. They do not solve the problems and do not return emails in a timely manner. They still have not reimbursed me. They just took my money. This company needs to be shut down with all these complaints. Beware. I've been dealing with them for 3 1/2 months with no success.

Casetify They are committing theft

They are committing theft. They charged me $95 for a watch strap that I returned and received confirmation they tracked the package. They said repeatedly over the course of a week that they gave me back the store credit attached to my account - it wasnt there. I kept reaching out and they kept saying to try a different browser, different device, log in and out, try checking out, try checking my profile.it wasnt there. They refuse to issue me the store credit or give me my money back, but they took back the item. Now Im out $95 and still trying to get my money back but absolutely no one from their terrible customer service team is helping me. They just send a generic message that does address my issue. They need to be investigated for theft, fraud, whatever applies to basically stealing from their customers.

Casetify has terrible customer service. I bought a case from them nearly 2 and a half months ago and that case has yet to arrive. After it was past the delivery window for the item, I looked up the tracking information on it, and it said that a shipping label had been created, but it didn't even say it had shipped. I contacted Casetify about this, and they shrugged it off, claiming that it should take "5 days" for the tracking information to update. Since it was already past the delivery date, it was also well past the "5 days" it should take to update the tracking. I gave it another week, more because the busyness of life set in than anything else. I contacted Casetify once again, and the customer service agent said there was perhaps an issue with the delivery process and that they would file a complaint for me and get back to me with any updates. Another month passes without any updates from them and I once again contact them, this time the person telling me they have "immediately" filed a case with the delivery service about this and that there was a shipment of cargo that went missing. If they just now filed a case on my behalf then empty promises were made before. Further, if they knew that there was a missing shipment, then they should have taken the steps then to rectify the situation by resending the case. I have requested my money back, and if it is not received, I will be filing a formal complaint through the Complaintsboard.com on Casetify.

Ordered as a Christmas gift for my daughter, now I wish I hadn't. The service is horrible, you can't speak to anyone since there is no phone number, only an automated customer service system. Apparently, my product shipped out since December 6, and there has been no updated status, only that the item is 'Shipping Label Created, Awaiting Item' so I guess it never went out. Now I need to see how I can get my money back! Don't waste your time, buy elsewhere.

I tried to purchase something from this company today, and after putting in all of my shipping, billing & card info it never finalized my order. (ie. order number/confirmation email.) It seemed odd there wasnt an 800 # to contact customer service. Should have been my first clue. Thank god my bank never authorized this transaction, and have closed my account.

I bought a phone case and it is coming apart. They are not worth the price. They used to have a warranty on them when I purchased them and now the page has been removed from their site. I contacted them about it and no one ever responds. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the phone case and the customer service.

I would give a review of 0 if possible. The off button on the side of the case I bought for my iPhone 12 did not work. I had to take my phone out every time I wanted to turn it off. I emailed the company within 3 days to ask to return the product. The email from casetify ask for a video to explain the problem. I thought that ridiculous but sent the video, then they asked for another video. I have sent 2 videos, I am done . Never have I had such terrible, disgusting service.

Literally awful, their shipping estimates are wildly inaccurate. I ordered my case November 20th and only on December 1st was the label even printed. They stated it would come within *** business days. What a complete lie!

I tried several times to order with my PayPal account, but the order was rejected. That should have been a red flag for me. But this was a requested Christmas gift, so I tried to order with my bank card. I attempted that a couple of times too and received a notice that my card was rejected, due to an invalid address. I gave up trying to order. But now my bank account has four separate charges, and I still have not received an order confirmation.

Ordered cases and screen protector from them the day of iPhone 13 release - paid and was notified that the cases are expected to be shipped mid October .Now it's the beginning of November and I have no information around when the cases are expected to ship, only that my order was split in two.I also got an email from them asking me to review the cases I haven't even received yet.Their website has NO up-to-date information regarding shipping delays.Attempting to reach customer representatives through their site, I am put on hold with no indication of how long the wait time is.I also tried putting another product in my cart (without actually making a purchase) and this time around there is 0 messaging around delayed shipping, making it seem like item could be shipped ASAP.Love Casetify cases and had great experience few years back. Very disappointed in their operation this time around, especially considering the price point of their cases.My Pela case order - placed A WEEK AFTER my Casetify order - was delayed as well, but the company did a wonderful job sending email updates along the way and my cases arrived a week or so ago.

Casetify Terrible company, terrible service

Terrible company, terrible service. When I placed my order the website did not tell me the shipping time would take over a month. As soon as I got the email stating the month long shipping, with the wrong tracking number to someone else's order (that had already been delivered), I contacted Casetify and asked for my order to be canceled and my money refunded. They told me I need to wait the month for delivery and reject the package when the mail person attempted to deliver and by lying and saying there was no such person at my address. Here is what they sent: "Inform the delivery person that you do not accept the item. It will be returned to the sender. - Take the unopened parcel with its original label(s) intact to any nearby post office and inform the staff that you would like to have it returned to the sender. - Write "No such person" on the parcel and bring it to any nearby post office/ hand it to the delivery person/ put it in your mailbox. " I did not attempt to do this as I was not comfortable lying to the delivery person and the post office. Also, I had already asked for my order to be canceled right away and my money refunded, which they would not do.

I went with Casetify to purchase a new phone case because I had heard such great reviews about them. To start off, I wasnt able to apply any discount that they had tried to give me, which included a 10% off discount as a new buyer. I then placed my order and shipping time said around two weeks, fine. I get the tracking information which says it was out for delivery, and then deliver, yet was not delivered. I waited a few days to see if the package would show up in my apartment buildings Amazon hub delivery. I emailed Casetify to question the delivery and they apologized saying it would take some more time to get to me. They sent me a brand new tracking information link with which it said it was currently six states away. How is that even possible?! I thought maybe it was something minuscule with the address information. I sent the updated information and still no response. I sent one more email after that asking for an answer or any type of update. Nothing. I was able to file a claim with my card company and get my money returned. Highly recommend that for anyone who has lost out on money and received nothing they ordered. I do not recommend this company to anyone. 0 stars for me.

Casetify Item delivery and dispatch

Normally they should dispatch item within 1-6 working days. But already waiting for about 11 days item still in pending production status. And they didn't give any useful answer when emailing them about what happen. Thay just told they take more time to checking and perfecting. Other people that place ordered same day with me already received their item but mine is still in pending production. So they take double extra times to perfecting my item is it? The response from customer services is dumb and suck.

Casetify Camera Lens

Casetify clearly indicates all their products are supposed to be covered by a 6 month warranty- please see my attached screenshot from their main page. My lens cover began failing a little over a month from purchase and they are trying to tell me it’s not covered under their warranty, which clearly says all products are covered. I reached out to customer service and they have not escalated to a supervisor and passing between other customer service agents. They’re also trying to quote other areas of their website showing different details from their main page indicating ALL products are covered by a 6 month warranty.

Desired outcome: Refund of the camera lens OR replacement of the product

Casetify Apple watch band from casetify

I ordered an Apple Watch band, and I was not happy with the condition of the product. It was small and did not fit on my wrist (which is small or average sized). I saw on the website that there are "no-question returns or exchanges" and "100% satisfaction guaranteed" so I reached out to customer support to return. There is no phone number to call, and only online chats or email. They take several hours to respond. Once they replied, they gave a generic "we're sorry but unfortunately we can't refund you.." reply. With no actual person to discuss with, there is nothing the customer can do except wait for hours and continue to reply. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Casetify.

Desired outcome: Refund, as advertised on their website.

Casetify Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Orders: My Disastrous Experience with Casetify

I gotta say, I'm pretty confused about how Casetify is still up and running. I mean, I've ordered from them once and it was a complete disaster. FOUR TIMES they sent me the wrong phone case! And each time, it took forever to get to me. When I tried to get in touch with them, it was like talking to a brick wall. I could only communicate with them through email, and it would take hours or even days to get a response. And when I finally did get a response, it was never what I asked for. All I wanted was to return the incorrect case and get a refund, but they just kept insisting on sending me another case. Like, come on, guys! I don't want another wrong case, I just want my money back. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I'm so fed up with this whole thing that I'm filing a claim with my bank. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Casetify to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Casetify Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Casetify: A Review

So, I bought a phone case from Casetify in April and it took them almost a month to send it to me. Finally, I got it yesterday, but I had already dropped my phone and needed a different case. I talked to a customer service person online, but they were not helpful at all. It took them forever to respond to me and they just gave me a generic message about having to pay for shipping to exchange the product. They also said that I wouldn't get the discount I got on the original purchase. I asked about another product I wanted to buy, but they didn't even answer me.

I'm really disappointed with Casetify. It was a waste of my time and money. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

Casetify Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Casetify: A Warning to Potential Buyers

If you're thinking of getting something from Casetify, you might wanna think twice. I mean, I don't wanna be a hater or anything, but their customer service is just not up to par. I don't get how a big company like them can get away with scamming so many people. It's just not right.

I ordered something from them on March 5th and they said it would arrive by March 19th. But when I contacted customer support about my order, they gave me a different date. And then, when I left a bad review on Trustpilot, they changed the date again. I mean, what's up with that? And to make matters worse, the tracking info from Australia Post hasn't been updated since March 14th.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Casetify to anyone. It's just not worth the trouble and the money. If you're looking for a good gift for someone, you're better off looking somewhere else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Casetify Disappointing Experience with Casetify Phone Case: Not Worth the Price or Wait

So, I bought a phone case from Casetify in January of last year. It was a bit pricey at ?55, but I really liked the design and wanted to protect my phone. Unfortunately, it took a long time to arrive and I tried to cancel my order, but they said I couldn't (which I think is a bunch of baloney).

Anyway, I finally got the case and started using it. But then, just a few months ago in September, it broke! I contacted Casetify and sent them pictures, but they said it was out of warranty and couldn't do anything for me. I don't really care about their policies or whatever, I just spent a lot of money on a case that fell apart in less than a year and a half.

I'm pretty fed up with Casetify at this point. They offered me a measly 15% off another purchase, but that's not gonna cut it. My advice to you is to avoid this company altogether. You'll save money and time by going somewhere else.

Casetify Disappointing Experience with Casetify: Poor Quality and Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Casetify. I mean, I know I made the mistake of spending a hundred bucks on a phone case, but I was really expecting something special. Unfortunately, the case I received looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was all discolored and falling apart in the bottom right corner. Not a good look.

So, I reached out to customer service, hoping they could help me out. But man, it took them forever to get back to me. I had to send three more emails just to get a response. And when they finally did get back to me, they told me I had to send the case back and pay for shipping if I wanted a refund. Like, seriously? I have to go all the way to the post office and spend even more money just because they messed up?

All I wanted was a partial refund, since the case I got was clearly not worth a hundred bucks. But nope, they wouldn't budge. And now, even after sending another email, I still haven't heard back from customer service. Not cool, Casetify.

Long story short, I would not recommend buying from this company. The quality of their products is questionable, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save your money and look elsewhere for a phone case.

Casetify Terrible Company: Ignored Return, No Refund, and Poor Quality Products

This company is just terrible. I ordered something on November 3rd and it took 3 weeks to get here. When it finally arrived, the quality was just awful. So, I sent it back in the original box and packaging on November 23rd. But, it's now March 3rd and I still haven't received a refund or even an acknowledgement that they received my return. They completely ignored me, except to ask for a returns receipt 4 months after I returned the item. They won't even admit that they received my return, even though I sent it back in the same packaging with my order details, name, and address. They're just brushing over these facts and demanding a receipt that no one would keep for over 4 months. It's like they're trying to steal from me.

They won't refund me or return my order, even though they clearly received it. I'm so angry, especially since I've bought stuff from them before. I'm never buying from them again. They're just a bunch of jerks.

Casetify Disappointing Quality and Fragility: Casetify's iPhone 14/14 Plus Camera Lens Protector Review

I recently purchased the "iPhone 14/14 Plus Camera Lens Protector" from Casetify and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. I had only used it for a mere two weeks before it broke. What a waste of money!

The protector scratches very easily and on the first day of use, I noticed long deep scratches on it. I have no idea where they came from. To make matters worse, today I accidentally placed my iPhone on my handbag buckle and the protector shattered into pieces. I was shocked at how fragile it was.

To add insult to injury, there is no warranty for this product. I had to read through the fine print to find out. It's not clearly stated on the product page, so be sure to read everything carefully before making a purchase.

Honestly, I would not recommend anyone to buy this protector from Casetify. I paid $30 for it, thinking that I would get a better quality and stronger protector, but I was wrong. I feel like I got scammed. I would suggest buying a cheap lens protector from eBay instead. The last one I bought from eBay worked better than this Casetify one and lasted for over a year. This $30 Casetify protector only lasted two weeks. What a joke!

Lastly, their delivery to Australia is painfully slow. It took forever for me to receive my order. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Casetify and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Casetify Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Casetify Phone Cases

I gotta say, this is my second time buying a case from Casetify and I'm not too happy with it. The first one I got lasted about a year, which ain't too bad, but it did start turning yellow after a while. I guess that's just what happens with clear plastic, ya know? So for my second one, I decided to go with the black plastic and add a design to it. I got it for $49 with their Mother's Day discount, which was pretty sweet since it's normally $58.

But here's the thing - I've only had this case for three weeks and the design is already peeling off! I thought it was a hard plastic insert, but nope, it's just a thin sticker slapped onto the black plastic like something you'd find at the dollar store. What a ripoff! I reached out to customer support through Facebook Messenger and we went back and forth a few times. They told me that it's normal wear and tear and that the warranty only covers it for 10 days. Are you kidding me? A case falling apart after three weeks is not normal wear and tear, it's just a poorly designed piece of junk.

I've had cases that lasted me years and didn't look half as bad as this one does after just a few weeks. All I did was put it in and take it out of my pocket and purse, and it's already falling apart. I wouldn't recommend buying a case from this company at all. There are way cheaper and more durable options out there that won't fall apart on you after a few weeks. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Casetify Disappointing Experience with Casetify Case: Split in Half & Failed to Protect Phone

I was pretty stoked when I got my Casetify case in the mail. It came in a tight package and got to me pretty quick. When I finally got my hands on it, I was impressed with how it looked and felt. But then, after only three months, it straight up split in half! The side piece that wraps around the phone just broke off from the back of the case. And before that happened, I took off the case to change my screen protector and saw that my phone was covered in dirt and grime. I'm always wiping down my phone and case with a tech wipe, so I know it wasn't my fault. The case must have let all that junk seep in over time and not even been doing its job of protecting my phone. Now, my phone just slides around in the case and it's super annoying. I spent a lot of money on this thing and it's a total letdown. Plus, the screen protector I got with it cracked after only a month. I haven't even bothered to contact Casetify's customer service because I'm so bummed out. I don't think I'll ever buy another Casetify case again. I found a different company to buy from and I'm sticking with them from now on.

Casetify Terrible Customer Service Experience with Casetify: No Refund for Returned Item After 7 Weeks

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered a phone case from Casetify and unfortunately, it didn't fit my phone. So, I decided to return it and get a refund. I USPS priority mailed it 7 weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund. I think we all would agree especially with a tracking number that the USPS doesn't make too many errors. Anyway, it was proved on the USPS website that they received it and it even identified the person who received it.

The delay of responses is so inefficient. I've had two representatives on this problem (Kady and Alana) and they both said they would be refunding me yet nothing. I contacted my bank, but they couldn't do anything. So, in case they want to place blame on the bank, it's not their fault. The worst part of this is that I asked a fair request which was to be reimbursed the $9.90 I spent to get this to them in a timely manner using USPS priority mail. Their response was "it is not our policy to assist in refunding for postage." Perhaps they haven't heard of good customer service and thinking OUTSIDE policy. After STILL no refund almost 6 weeks later they can't assist with $9.90?

I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and assistance is unacceptable. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WHOMEVER READS THIS SHOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER. It's a shame because they have some really cute phone cases, but the customer service is just not worth it.

Casetify Beware - do not order

I placed an order for 2 phone cases and camera protectors received 2 totally different cases for different phones than what I ordered and did not receive camera protctors. I messaged them multiple times and NO response. There chat feature doesn't work you basically just hold for someone who never connects with you to chat! I will have no choice but to dispute with my credit card company. AFter now reading all the reviews about this company I am seeing they are a bid scam. Stay away from them unless you want your money taken from you!

Desired outcome: My money back in full immediately!

This company does not publicize that they have an international bank. Based on the public information provided, they are based out of both Hong Kong and Los Angeles, CA. I, and many other customers, are being charged international transaction fees without any warning. From what we can see, we have NO reason to believe we are doing an international transaction. If this information was published or their prospective customers were notified, we could make better informed decisions such as NOT doing business with this company or utilizing a different card or account based on its international transaction processes and fees. This seems misleading or sneaky to gain further business. The company replied to my complaint that it was a bank issue but they did not provide enough information to ensure customers are making fully informed decisions/purchases.

The date of transaction February 21, 2022 The amount I paid $100 I bought two Iphone 13 mini cases I tried to return one of the cases due to being the wrong size. I contacted the company many times with no response. It was within the time frame to return and un used but again no response from company. Now I have tried to contact them about the other Iphone case falling apart which I Believe is a defective product. I have purchased 2 phone lanyards ($42) that come with a strap card (they a sell additional strap cards for $16 when purchasing a lanyard, but one comes with the lanyard). I purchased 2 lanyards and one additional strap card. 2 strap cards broke. I contacted the company to PURCHASE 2 replacements (they are currently on sale for $13). The company will not replace the strap cards and will not sell me new ones. They are trying to require me to purchase the entire $42 product again, when they sell the part I need separately AND Im willing to pay the $13. However, I am not willing to order and pay for a 3rd lanyard to have the OPTION to purchase additional strap cards.

On October 5th, I attempted to place an order for a phone case in collaboration with One Piece that I had signed up for to be on a waitlist. When I tried to pay through PayPal like I normally do online, it took me back to the casetify page with no order completed information. On top of that my shopping cart was empty. So I thought the order had failed, and decided to try again. This time I added on a phone strap because I thought it would be a good addition. Did the same thing again through PayPal but this time, it showed a successful order. Shortly after, I checked my email and saw that I got 2 order confirmation emails. I immediately clicked on their "Contact Us" link and was taken to their online form. There I selected the Cancelation/Amendment category, entered all the requested information (subject, name, order number, email address, message) and submitted the form. The only confirmation I got was a alert pop up window saying it was successful. I didn't get any email confirmation saying that my request has been submitted. So I tried again that same day, just in case my email was entered wrong. But the same thing happened.Fast forward to today 10/13 I get a shipment confirmation email for both orders so as a last resort, I responded to this email directly. I got a response from someone named *** and she claimed they did not receive any cancelation request emails. I clarified multiple times that I used their online form so I have no proof of my submission since they did not send me anything and I did not think to take a screenshot at that time. Turns out I received both orders yesterday 10/12 even though I only got the shipment confirmation email today saying that my order was "on its way". Everything about this business is MISLEADING. I decided to dispute the charge directly on my card's online account. Casetify is expecting me to ship back the extra item and have me pay for the shipping, which is absolutely ridiculous. At least send me a shipping label.

Casetify Ordered a phone case from Castify on Feb 13, 2022, charged $55 but no delivery updates.

On February 13, 2022, I ordered a phone case through Castify and was charged $55. On February 20th, I received an email with a tracking number indicating the case was shipped, with an expected delivery by March 2nd. However, the tracking status showed only the creation of the number on February 13th. After no updates or receipt of the case by February 25th, I reached out to Castify via email (no phone support available). They informed me that shipping updates could be delayed. By March 3rd, still no tracking updates or case delivery. I've contacted the company again, requesting order cancellation or a case resend, but they have not been helpful.

I was mislead by their return policy that is advertised all over their website, which reads: "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. CASETiFY offers "10-day No Question Asked Return or Exchange" and "6-month Product Warranty" to every product purchased. Contact us or learn more." This is advertised on every page on the company's website. I was upsold a custom item strap for my phone case. Upon receiving the custom item, I found that it does not fit with the phone/phone case. The item is not working as described and comprises the phone case protecting my phone, which is why I want to return it. I contacted support and was informed their return policy does not apply to custom items and they can only offer a partial refund when I return the item. Had I know about this caveat in the return policy I would have never purchased a custom item from them. I'm requesting to return the item for a full refund, or keep the item at a significant discount.

My name is [Redacted] and I was ordering a Great Sushi Z Flip 3 case from the Casetify website. As I was about to check out, it showed the message Gateway Rejected: AVS. Please verify your billing address. The order didn't seem to go through so I refreshed the page and I once again did the process of checking out, and it ended up showing the same message to me. I went to Track Order and it showed nothing in there. To my utter shock and horror, my bank charged me 73.5 dollars from Casetify TWICE, making me lose 147 dollars, and yet there has been no order placed for the case I tried buying twice in my website, so essentially this god awful website has conned me out of 147 dollars without any way for me to get my money back. I refuse to settle for my money being so easily taken away from me. What is this nonsense? The website said that the order didn't go through and it charged me twice? Despite no order being placed in the first place? I want my 147 dollars back, and I insist on an immediate refund, or I won't settle on just this and have to take further steps. Please somehow assist me in doing so, it was my hard earned money. Such shoddy mismanagement and such a terrible website should not cause someone's money to be so easily taken away. On February 13, 2022, I ordered a phone case through Castify and was charged $55. On February 20th, I received an email with a tracking number for the case stating it was shipped and should be received by March 2, 2022. The tracking number, when checked, only indicates that a tracking number was created on February 13, 2022. When no update or case was received by February 25, 2022, I contacted Castify via email (because there is no phone number). I was informed that the case was shipped but was also advised that the shipping service often takes a few days to update their tracking information and to wait. As of March 3, 2022, there has been no update to the tracking information, nor has the case been received. I have emailed the company again and was told the same information, that the shipping service can be slow to update tracking information. At this point, it has been supposedly shipped for 11 days with no update. I requested they cancel my order or resend the case. They are not willing to assist me in doing that.

I am missing an item and sent over twenty emails requesting a supervisor. this has been ongoing for over two weeks they reply days later with information that is not relevant to my questions. this company has the worst customer service. i just want my refund!

I received my order No. 12345 on April 11, 2022, but have decided to return it as the case was not to my liking. Despite multiple attempts to contact Casetify via email to initiate a return, I have not received any response or instructions on how to proceed. According to Casetify's policy, I am entitled to a guaranteed refund if the return is made within 10 days of the delivery date, which gives me until April 21, 2022, to return the items.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a phone number or a live chat option to reach out to their customer service team, leaving me with no alternative but to continue emailing them. Additionally, I noticed that Casetify began offering Easter promotions shortly after my purchase. I would like to request a price adjustment for the items I intend to keep from my order to match the promotional prices.

I order a phone case and screen protector from Casetify on July 17. Everything was going well, they charge my credit card and I received a confirmation email and after a week an email with tracking information stating my package was on it's way. I received this email on July 25. I waited and waited for my package to arrive and checked the tracking number I was sent. However, every time I checked it always said, label created, *** awaiting package. Concerned I emailed customer support and they told me it had been delayed and to give it more time. So I did, but nothing ever changed. They told me to wait and that it was *** problem- but *** never even had the package so that didn't make sense. I purchased a phone case on Casetify's web site on 11/25 and was given Order #***. The product has not been received. I have sent several emails asking for assistance on the company's website and have received no response. I don't want them to be able to just take my money and get away with it. That is theft.

Prefer a case for my daughter for Christmas. She sent me the link to what she wanted and I ordered it, it arrived, I wrapped it and put it under the tree. Christmas Day, she opened it and realized its for a a MacBook pro, not a MacBook Air. When asked if I can exchange it, they refuse.

Casetify I ordered a Casetify iPhone case on June 17, and received it on July 6

I ordered a Casetify iPhone case on June 17, and received it on July 6. I paid $36 for this phone case because of claims of being an impact case that was very durable. Within the two months of having this case, the side of the case has fallen apart, and I have emailed them regarding this case. They told me that the only thing they could do is giving me a one-time replacement, meaning that if it were to fall apart again, they would not replace it for me again. I don't want defects to happen again so I asked them if I could just have a refund, and they said that their return and refund policy is within 10 days of receiving it the item. I argued to them saying that it does not make sense to abide by that policy in this situation because this is a situation that was out of my control. I did not know that my case would fall apart within the 10 days of receiving my phone case. They still declined to give me a refund.
