I signed up for a vehicle through carvanna. When time to pick up the car, my daughter had a baby and time was extended and never picked up by agent. Instead vehicle was stolen; afer which I was told by carvanna and bridgecrest: I had no further responsibility. The car was sold by carvanna to police auction. Hence, left me with a loan and 100 points removed from credit.
Desired outcome: review all telephone calls please. its the only way to clear my name. I was told that the car was reposessed and received and no further compliance due on my part. And remove from my credit
