Hi, I recently purchased a VW Golf gti (VE18 HVF) from Carshop Northampton Branch. At the time of purchase approximately 3 weeks ago now I was informed of the spare key being forwarded on to my home address via recorded delivery.
I have since rang the branch 6 times now and even spoke with the manager who assured me its on its way yet I have seen no key and heard nothing from Carshop customer service. I've already been disappointed in the fact I was assured they'd get car matts for the vehicle as they were left in the prep area. Now it just gets worse as there is STILL no sign of the spare key. In the original purchase form it even says the 2nd key will be given.
Desired outcome: Delivering the spare key as promised and as stated on forms when I purchased the car! I've given up on the Car Matts
