Garage submitted a claim, after 2 weeks I called, and the manager said he had it on his desk and it would be approved that day, The garage started on repairs and still for another 2 weeks did not send anything to the garage. The garage submitted everything for payment for the one item of many they said they would cover, and they denied it because the garage did the work already. C.A.R.S expects clients to have a vehicle break down and be able to go 4-6 weeks without a vehicle. My truck is my work vehicle I can't work without it. C.A.R.S claims to process and approve same day, we waited a month and still not done.
New item for repair, I called, and they said it would be covered and it's listed on the coverage form, the garage tried to get approval and they said it's not covered.
