Caroline And Tammy review: Customer service 1

Awful customer service. They lie about the quality of diamonds. Last time i was trying to buy a ring. I called "sold" first. They hang up on me. I called several times after that and while waiting on the phone for processing my payment they sold that ring to someone else. They treat customers spending thousands of dollars like crap. I hope thier business will die out. They are awful. I will never shop with them again. Not to mention they keep my seventeen hundred dollars i was not able to use toward the ring...
