Hello, I have a complaint, I am a regular booking customer, I am shocked, I rent a car from a corrupt criminal car rental company through your services,
Car Rental Express, Warsaw Chopin Airport, booking reference [protected], I hand over the car to the person who receives the car, he found the car with no problem, but he does not seem satisfied with the delivery of the car without damage or problem , he was looking for something to complain about, which he did not find, at the end he tells me that he sees dirt in the car seat and water is spilling in it, I have photos , none of that, all to keep my deposit 2500 zł , I need your help, I am convinced that this company is not reliable in booking customers, I need help as costomer from your apart, . The incident happened yesterday 20.07.2022 when the car was delivered at 15:00 and the local police were informed of the accident.
