Car Rental / Car Target Group review: payment not received - post rental support

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
Unfortunately I still did not receive the promised refund after being more than patient
and the passing of way more than 90 days.
I cannot ward the feeling of being alienated, not being taken serious as a customer.
This, as you can imagine, will effect my contentment with all Target products,
as well as will influence online critics and future recommendations on all social media networks.
The capital of a big company is its good reputation and performance, especially customer service!
Forgive me but I am getting restless and inpatient, this case is clear, why this enormous delay?
Please do not ignore me!
My question to you is: Are you intending to adhere to your side of the contract and pay the full refund immidiately.
I am tired of waiting!

Please do not send any automated retardation messages!
I got enough of those! Send the money instead, like you suppossed to!
