Capital Resort Pigeon Forge, TN review: Time share

I bought into this timeshare with the promise that a waterpark would be included. Several other types of entertainment on the premises would be built soon. I could trade the points I have to travel anywhere. And, the points that I started with would be enough to vacation with them every year. None of that is true. Time share was paid off. No one has ever had to wait for their maintenance fees. I have never spent one night on property. They never have improved or built any more cabins onsite. I asked if I could give this timeshare back no questions asked, no money and was informed that I could pay them $8000. to get it off of me. What sense does that make? If they can resell to some other dummy besides me? I want out. This is a scam in the biggest sense of the word.
