Capital Auto Group review: Management

I purchased my 2016 Jeep renegade from Capital Auto Cadillac in Salem Oregon on July 19th 2023. Everything from the salesmanship to my new vehicle powertrain going out in less than a month was handled unprofessionally! I hadn't even driven the car 400 miles when the turbo went out. When I first called and they never returned my call and then I had to figure out what was wrong by myself. When I took the car in to have it fixed because it was still under warranty, they kept it for over three months before the initial repairs were completed. This was allowing the warranty to run out. They provided me a loaner vehicle which they stole back from me while I was working and left me stranded, and then I was the bad guy and was told I could never come on the property again and I would never be able to do business there again! That was just the beginning. Now one of their representatives have called me to schedule a routine oil change and tire rotation which was included with my purchase. The day of my appointment another associate called me and told me to go and take my Jeep somewhere else not so politely. She informed me she didn't care where but I was not to come there. I informed her it was included in my purchase which I paid full price and paid off the day I bought it. She told me she didn't care where I took it but it wasn't going to be there and she would make sure the other associate knew to never book an appointment for me again. This was included in my purchase and they are not honoring it. They caused me so much heartache and so much anxiety but now I don't want my vehicle and I want to sell it. They would not return my money but they did offer to me new vehicle which was quite significantly lower in price than what my jeep was worth and what I pay for it. This was an ongoing situation for over 4 months which they kept my vehicle and left it sitting outside claiming the issue on Jeep/Chrysler and Dodge strike. Even after I reached out to the owners no help was given to me whatsoever. I only returned there because I bought my Kia from them and 2015 and they did me good. This time they didn't do me good at all! There's so much more detail that I am leaving out but that's the most Fair way to describe the issue in hand. My Jeep needs it's servicing that was included in the purchase which is now being denied by Capital Auto from Salem Oregon. If you go to the better Business bureau site you will read a lot of complaints similar to what I am just desscribed.
