Canberra Outlet review: Customer service

I was at Canberra outlet.. There are so many staffs in the kitchen and yet I get my food in 30 minutes. Macdonald is fast food and yet I dun know why it takes so long to serve in 30 minutes... This is not the first time already and the fries are so sloggy.. Not hot and it seems like no salt is added..

The time is is around 6pm so I know it crowed on that time but this is not the correct way to do it... Especially the Malay lady who wears yellow long sleeve... She is so rude when I consult her.

Please look into it. This is a very bad experience at Canberra outlet.
