This company started to install a battery back-up form our solar system. The battery stayed in it;s box on our driveway for almost a month before thay finally sent an electrician to install it. The installation dragged on for about 3 months due to PG&E changing the required wiring of the system. It was finally completed after several different electricians, including one electrician who was obviously unqualified gave up and went home. The system was set for commission but the batteries would not work. The comopany sent out another electrician to commission the system, but by that time the batteries had discharged themselves to the point that thay would not access the system. The company has since sent all of the details to their electrician who claims that the failure was not his fault. The company says they are waiting to hear back from their electrician. That was over a week ago. Tghe company representative now says there is nothing thay can do until the electrician gets back to them. They have now told me not to call them again, they will call me when thay hear something. Meanwhile, I have a totaslly dead battery attached to my wall.
Desired outcome: I want the company to fix their mistake.
