I have requested on more than 3 occasions a withdrawal of my funds and was told a check would be mailed to me within 7 o 15 days...more than 27 days have passed. Today, service representatives on 3 occasions have refused to give me an address to file a complaint, provide me information on where to file a complaint and refused to give me contact information to talk to a supervisor...furthermore, it is obvious that the representative talking to appear to be in the U.S. and all have nominal skills in conversing on the telephone...I cannot understand what they say or even hear most of what they are saying.
