CactusCuisinePens review: Waterman fountain pen

I bought a Waterman fountain pen from jarettforsberg at CactusCuisinePens.

The pen I received is not original. The cap rings are different, it is lighter, the nib is not Waterman, and the cap doesn't fit an original pen.

Since April 4 I placed my complained (order no. [protected]) and still do not I have received a satisfactory response. I need you to help me, and tell jarettforsberg to pick it up and return the money I paid.
