Globe Electric Company

As of Nov 2/2022, I bought 2 wall lights type as stated above. We ordered them on line from Lowes. We wall mounted then on the front of the garage and beside the front door. Recently we observed they have RUSTED! On July 18/2023, We removed them and returned them to Rona in Port Hope, On. They refused to give us a refund and suggested we return them to Lowes. We drove to Lowes in Oshawa on July 19/2023 and they refused to refund the $246.34. They required an email sent at the time of purchase, which I never got, and said as it was over 90 days since we received them, the warranty was no longer valid. I contacted Globe Electric and they said the warranty does not cover the outside finish on the lamps and to expect discolouration. This is not discolouration. This is obviously rust. The nickel coating is not sufficient to prevent rusting. Please help. George Chamberlain
