Plomberie Chauffage Normand

Awful plumbing service and worst office management with arrogant, rude personal. The first time you call they may appear nice but that's just to rope you in. They are neither nice nor professional and their level of expertise is very low. The one star I'm giving is for the first plumber who installed a faucet. He was lovely. But, the second job done was just to fix a leaking overflow value, that they built up into a $450 job by saying my backflow value was not up to code. Now their new part is leaking and the kitchen faucet that was previously installed is making a knocking sound. They refuse to say it could be their responsibility and told me I'd have to pay for another service call. I did make an appointment to deal with the leak. They made the appointment for late morning/early afternoon and then the rude secretary called at 4 PM to say they wouldn't be coming at all and the next appointment would be in three days. She actually said "[censored] happens." after I responded that I'd rearranged my work schedule to respect the appointment we had and that they should, at least, come the next day. I'm better off starting over with any other plumber in Montreal. You'd be better off never calling Normand Plumbing.
