Purolator - Customer service / delivery
I have so far over a dozen correspondence to C/S with tracking # asking when my package will arrive since they claim 2 or 3 different excuses from weather delay, covid safety issues or the best one that I am not providing tracking # (even when there is a thread of emails all with tracking#).
All I am trying to find out is when and where my package is but it only escalates into frustration with no answer and I am being passed around from one agent to another.
I suspect that either stolen or lost
