I went for shopping on Sunday 22nd of September 2019.
As I finished my groceries my cart was full and it is very hard to push. I left at one corner and went to take Tomatoes when I came back in less than 5 minutes my cart was not there.
I tried to find by myself in the whole store but in vain. I requested customers service please announce if someone took by mistake my cart then return to me . But at CS she totally refused me and said I cannot do it.
Then I asked I want to talk to manager. When Steve assistant manager came I told him the story. I was so shocked to hear that he said I cannot help you. There is a chance some one stole all groceries and left the store. I said then it is not safe place I don't understand some one steal all this and left the store in less than 5 minutes. According to me this is a big concern of security and safety of store and for community as well but I was told by him I can't stop this kind of practice. He was arguing with me for so long . I was in the store for 10.30am to 12.30 pm. Steve told me it's good you didn't have value able in the cart. But I can't help you. Then I requested him could you please check security cameras atleast you put his or her pictures in the entrance atleast community will be safe. I requested to check securitycam. Nobody contact me then I called after 2 hours Then I was told by the security that can't find any thing in the camera. So forget about it.
It is totally [censored] that nothing in cameras. My question is this where the cart went.
So please take this matter seriously for the sake of safety and security of customers and store itself.
