In February 2021, I paid for Lawn Rejuvenation done by Property Stars (in BC). The man performed the aeration portion of the project and said he would return to complete the Dethatching, Fertilization, Over-Seeding, and Lime Treatment in May. It's June and nothing has been done. I've called his number and it's no longer in service. It's also extremely difficult to get ahold of Property Stars to submit a complaint. This same thing happened to my father last year and I should have known not to go with them again! It's extremely frustrating. I will NEVER use this company again.
Desired outcome: Finish the job they were paid to do.
