Bell Aliant - bad agent

Hi,

I'm a doctor, went your branch in Valley Mall in Corner Brook, NL.
I returned 2 receivers, cables and 2 remote controls.
The agent there has a very stupid unresectaful attetude.He spoke to me in a very condensing manner.He seemed racist.
I felt very offended by his stupid way.
Is this the way you train your staff.
If the branch manager is caring about us and train and monitor his staff behavior, this would NEVER has happened.
Shame on you.
