Tim Hortons - Length of time

We a family of 6 stopped at the Tim Hortons in Perth Andover this morning for a quick to go lunch… well to my disappointment it was anything but quick close to 50$ and 45 minutes later I still didn’t have our wraps and sandwiches that I watched them give to someone else and they argued with me that it wasn’t the case, anyways the young lady at the cash ordered them to remake my wraps and sandwiches only to finally get them minus one…. Anyways I finally got everything and my coffee was cold… Anyways just to say that I will never be visiting that Tim Hortons again (Perth-Andover NB)

Tim Hortons - Perth Andover NB, Can’t take an order right

Ordered 2 Lg Dark roast regular with expresso and received 2 large original blend without espresso and were double doubles.

August 15 2022 430am

Also ordered a large dark roast with an expresso shot and got a coffee with a chocolate shot

July 25, 2022 430 am

Desired outcome: Refund

Tim Hortons - service

I recently went to Tim Hortons for a coffee. As has happened a few times in the past, going thru the drive through, they only filled my cup about 3/4 full. I decided this time to ask them politely to top off the coffee. When I got the coffee back and stirred it I noticed grounds floating around. I have never had grounds in my coffee there. I can only think that they did this to "pay me back" for asking them to top it off. If this is what I can expect when saying something then I really question the training of the employees.
