On 3 oct 2019 we dropped the unit in shop for some recalls regarding bunk shocks and software update.
Dropped unit at 411155 kms
Picked unit at. 411508 kms
Difference is 353 kms
When dropped unit at shop the reading was accurate on display and on my elogs. But when they updated the software, it creates discrepancies in display odom and elog.
The unit was picked on the following day and notify about the problem and I was told there might be a problem in software update that the computers are not communicating properly.
When the unit was sent again for the same issue they charger $ 275.08 to me.
And it was about the problem they created not me.
Everything was ok before software update.
And its never possible that they took unit for test drive for 353 kms in first work order.
They cant justify the difference between the drop off odom 411155 and pick up odom 411508.
It was pure humiliation when they were unable to justify 353 kms test drive but still wanted me to pay, and held the keys until payment made.
