I purchased a pack of Toblerone of Switzerland Mini ca. 32*Milk snack size pcs from a duty free shop at Ataturk International Airport, Istanbul, Turkey on 4 June 2015. The pack has the following details :-

Expiry on 17.05.2016

I opened one of the mini bars today(15.08.2015) and found it covered with fungi, though the pack was kept in the refrigerator. This kind of incident is not expected from a well reputed company like yours which if consumed unnoticed would have severe repercussions. I believe you will maintain utmost quality control in future.

I am extremely disappointed with a product of yours we purchased on Friday
13/06/2014 for father’s day for my husband. It was one of your toblerone. I will include a picture of it in this letter but my husband does love these so we buy them for him every special occasion such as birthdays, Christmas, father’s day, anniversary etc.
He does buy them on occasions himself because as I said he loves them so we were very disappointed to find this which is not a full toblerone and was even not the shape it should be.
I do hope we can get a response to this as we are not happy.
Neither is my husband as we told him he Cannot eat it until we get this sorted.
