Ticket Scam
The company Euroteam who sell tickets for football and music events are just scamming people. They promise they have tickets to you over the phone - even as close as an hour before the event but don't deliver. They make you confirm you are buying for a company to stop customer protection laws from applying to you. Contact your credit card company because this site is a scam.

I have the same issue.
I bought 2 tickets for the Olympics and I have never seen them. Of course it was paid by card. I am afraid i will never get back my money. Anybody has an idea how we can gat back the price of the tickets and the postal costs? My loss is 400 Ł.
We had the same situation with the Olympics in London 2012. They said that they were going to pay us back three weeks after the event, but we have not seen our money yet. We really want it back, but we don't know how. The company was so smart that they did not accept paypal, they only accepted visa.
If I send them an e-mail about our money, they just ignore me.
How is it possible that a lot of people are scammed, and that the European law just let them do what they want.
hello i was also so stupid for buying tickets by this ### company. The tickets for the olympic games never received.
first the write yes the come to my home adress, than to adress of my hotel in londen. .and than 1 day before the game. sorry but it is very difficult in londen with the traffic. DO NEVER TICKETS BY THIS COMPANY.
I got very serious problems with thiscompany and i am very very very upset because of this situation. I trust your company and i bought 2 madonna tickets on 27th of febuary and paid 410 euro and on the otherhand, i took my flights from Turkey to Helsinki, i got my hotel and i arranged all my business because of this event. In this process, nobody send me an information mail about delivery or cancellation, i took my job on otherside and i started to send mail and phone calls for several times but nobody gave any information about my ticket, i lost time, i lost costs, at the end today the call center guy said to me "we cancelled your tickets'' and he started to lough, how dare? How can u do that 3 days left before the concert?
First, my concert is at the Helsinki, there is no relation between the olympic games and the madonna concert.
Second, THEY give me an short explanation, but this mail is not explain my situation, this mail is about london and olympic committie.
Thirth, i sent several mails, i called several phone calls but all re-send mails were about olympic and call center guy is very rude and unkindly
I will go to Helsinki just for this concert, i paid for flights, paid for hotel, arranged my bussiness and my holiday plan just for this concert, so this is very rude and unfair that THEY cancelled my ticket 3 days before the event.
Now i have lots of damages both economicly and phsicologly, so i demand all my damages refund immediatly but there is NO REFUND, THEY ARE ANİMALS AND THİEFTS
I very bloody stupidly bought one single ticket for the dressage final tomorrow at the Olympics. I thought I had done it all properly but less than 24 hrs before the event and no sign of my precious ticket. I have no idea who to talk to or scream at because I am really angry. Anyone got any ideas please ?
I bought 4 tickets for my 2 children, husband and I on 26th April 2011 through the company Euroteam (total cost £350) for the Gymnastics event at the North Greenwich Arena London on Sunday 29th July 2012.
I telephoned the helpdesk based in Norway to make enquiries about our tickets, which had already been purchased and was told that the tickets would be delivered to my address 2 weeks before the Olympic start date on 27th July 2012.
We did not receive any tickets on or after 27th July 2012 in the post or by courier which was paid in advance to “Euroteam” .
As our event was due to start on 29th July we decided to attend the Olympic park anyway despite not being in possession of the tickets that we paid for and as we could have predicted we were refused entry and turned away from the Olympic park by security.
I asked some of the many security staff and volunteers were we could collect our tickets and was sent in different directions which turned out to be extremely frustrating.
It began to dawn on us that the whole operation was a complete scam and we were left wondering how many other people went through the same procedure as us only to be left frozen out and basically ignored.
Our children are 13 and 10 years old at the time of writing and they were looking forward to this day months ago and it was very difficult for us to explain to them why we were not going to watch the gymnastics.
The sad thing is that we may never get another chance to see anything like this in London again which makes it hard to take.
Meanwhile “Euroteam” are still trading and causing heartache for thousands of people.
Very difficult company to do business with. Don't. I never will again. We paid in full in December for two events in June. Then, we only received the actual ticktets the very days of performance! It cost us hundreds of dollars extra in fruitless phone calls to get our tickets in a timely manner. They delivered the tickets, but not before causing us a lot of grief and anxiety. Avoid Euroteam at all times!
We recently had a very similar experience after my husband purchased French Open tickets from Euroteam, and we even postponed our honeymoon to Paris to attend the Open and planned events while in Paris around the day we were supposed to attend the Open. Unfortunately, even though we were reassured just a couple of days before the tournament (the day we were leaving the U.S. to fly to Paris) by Euroteam that we would receive the tickets via email, we did not ever receive them. We did get 2 emails around the same time we should have been at the tennis tournament and a couple of voicemails left back in the U.S. on the day of the tournament stating Euroteam was not able to get tickets transferred to our name (he purchased the tickets back in February, so not a very good excuse).
It sounds like a lot of people have had similar problems and it's been going on for years. I'm an attorney in Florida and I have written to Euroteam and so far haven't received a response. It's simply not acceptable that a company is allowed to continue these practices.
If you would like to share your personal experiences so we can try to do something to prevent this from happening to others in the future, please email me at:

Unfortunately the same for us. We thought we had bought Roland Garros semi-final tickets in June last year. Although the tickets would not be released until February 2012, we expected Euroteam to purchase those tickets for us they were a, what we thought, registered corporate buyer of tickets. We paid 930 euros for both tickets. They contacted us 4 weeks before the event and informed us that they would deliver the tickets in 2-3 weeks. After two weeks we called and e-mailed but they guaranteed that the tickets would arrive on time. One week before the semi-finals they informed us that the tickets would be delivered the day before or the day of the event! I called and demanded the tickets to be sent right away since we were going to Paris they day before the semi-finals, they hung up on me! We had already bought flight tickets to Paris and paid for a hotel room for the week-end so we decided to go anyway. Two hours prior to the start of the first semi-final, we received the following e-mail:
"Dear Madam/Sir,
We are sorry to inform you that we have been let down by our suppliers and are unable to get a hold of the tickets which you have ordered. We understand that these circumstances are not suitable for anybody, and even though we have lost time and money you will receive a 100% refund. Please note that this is an exceptional case and that we usually deliver ordered tickets according to the contract.
We are sorry for the circumstances."
We entered Roland Garros website who recently had posted banned organizations selling tickets and that would not be allowed on Roland Garros, Euroteam was one of them, Onlinetickets.com another.
My recommendation is that you DO NOT purchase any tickets whatsoever from Euroteam or any of the other online ticket suppliers, purchase from authorized suppliers if possible, Euroteam cannot be trusted in any way.
@euroteamtickets Crooks. Crooks. Crooks. Bought 2 tkts for €800 last wk for Roland garros. They only sent me 1. Sold my ticket twice.
My daughter bought tickets on a debit card from Euroteam for the Olympics (ok.. she was naive and didn't know they were unauthorised or that they had NO tickets to sell !).. Even though the online process terminated before she could confirm purchase, a large sum of money was taken from her bank account. All our efforts to contact the company for return of this money has been ignored.
Springsteen in Europe in 2012 - They sell tickets twice the face value, without displaying the seat number and the shows are not even soldwith teh regular sellers...very suspect!
I have just sent them 190 Euro for Brad Paisley tickets. I don, t think I am going to receive them by the looks of things. How can this ### sleep at night?
Billy.
This company is a scam, they never send the tickets and never refund the money. How can we do to make Google not include this site?, ther are a scammer
Euroteam are CROOKS ! thiefs!
You should not pay anything in advance!
I paid 440 euros for a Shakira concert in november 2010, they cancelled and never reimbursed me
@ciccione, you will probabely receive the tickets, or, more likely, you will be directed to go some place to pick them up, but they will try to give you some underclassed ones...Conssidering your occupation, couldn't we do something to put them down some how? I am very frustrated that they are still doing this and nothing heappens ... Good luck any way!

Update:
Considering that we didn’t receive any canceling confirmation from their part, we have contacted the ticketing company the day when we arrived in Rome – 06.10.2010 – and they kept insisting that we were going to receive the tickets 2 hours before the concert. When we tried to explain that this was not acceptable, they hang up. On the concert day, exactly 2 hours before the event, we have called them. Surprisingly, they answered and they claimed that an SMS was about to be sent to us in app. 15 minutes. They sent the SMS, instructing us to go to a certain Pizzeria and look for “Alex in white t-shirt” who was supposed to deliver us the tickets. Still in shock, we have hit the road with not too much hope that we shall be able to see the concert. There we have found the guy comfortable sitting in front of a table, with a multi-page list in his hands and a crowd of people protesting and gesturing at him. He claimed that unfortunately they had no A category tickets left (the kind I have ordered & paid), but they could offer us a lower category and they would immediately reimburse us the difference. It seamed that everybody was in the very same situation. The scam was the following: according to their prices, the difference between A and B categories was very low…consequently, people were tempted to order A instead of B. But the purchasing price for B category was much cheaper for them than A. So, when he gave us the under classed tickets, I observed that the face value was of only 35 EUR, while on their site, the B category was of app. 160 EUR. For A category, I have paid 190 EUR. So they procured the tickets (B) with 35 EUR while I have paid 190 EUR (for A) and they would give me back 190-160= 40 EUR (according to the prices listed on their site, of course). Overall, they would record a profit of 150 (remaining from the price I have paid after returning the difference of 40 EUR)-35 (the actual price they have paid for the ticket that they intended to give us) = 115 EUR for each ticket. Of course, they are covered by the “rules and conditions” mentioned on the site and which we had to accept before ordering, but the fact that EVERYBODY was in the same situation and the numerous similar cases desribed on Internet about them, prooves that these are not exception, but this is their actual way of acting, which I think it’s still fraud.
Anyway, my husband and I were protesting so loud, that another guy, acting together with “Alex-white t-shirt” finally handled us 2 A category tickets and we were able to see the concert from a decent angle; the actual price showed on the A category ticket was of 109 EUR (vs. 190 EUR charged by Euroteam)
I have checked the petition again and every signature it's on its place. It seams it was only a matter of updating the list. Thanks! Ralu.
LOL FretBuzz, we are both from Romania :)
I had the same impression at firs (that I could sign the petition without donating). But the day after I have signed it, my signature+comment were vanished. So, there is something wrong with it :( I have also contacted an internet fraud authority, even though they are from USA.
Maybe you would like to try it too: http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
Meantime I will contact eccromania too...maybe it helps if they receive more complaints.
We must do something about this, I for one will find no rest until I see them punished. The problem is that they can rebirth just like Pheonix bird, because if the persons behind this are not identified, they will have no problem just creating another "best tiketing company in the world" under another name...
Hugs!
