EUROTEAM TICKETS site is a scam, never delivers the tickets.
Just contact your bank if you already paid to them in advance.

hey! It seems that I'm one of the newest fooled by euroteam :(. I bought one ticket for the U2 yesterday concert in Vienna. With a week before the event, I received an e-mail from euroteam saying that the ticket would be delivered in the day of the event. I arranged a 2 days stay in Vienna for this concert. It was supposed to fly there on Monday morning and return today. On Saturday evening I received a called from them. While I was sleeping I didn't answer the phone in time. Opening the e-mail a half hour later, I saw an e-mail saying that no tickets will be delivered as they was let down by their supplier. I had to cancel my travel to Vienna. The one night booked room to the hotel was to late to be recovered if canceled. Also the flight was paid. Total lost money EUR 170 (ticket) + EUR 50 (hotel) + EUR 110 (plane) = EUR 330. I filled in the online claims form on their site and waiting for their reply. Also I received an e-mail that I will be refunded 100%. Reading all the comments here, I'm very curious if this will ever happen. Also, I will make a petition to my bank and advise that this site is a criminal one and to block all the future debits from credit cards.
I created a petition in order to determine Google to cancel this 2 sites (www.euroteam.net and www.euroteam.info) from displaying them in the search results page. I think this is the first step to take to prevent people for future disappointments.
Sign the petition here: http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/letscancelauroteam/ if you were a victim of these sites.
Thank you!
I Agree 100%. They charged you and then they don't send the tickets.
This is a Trap
I bought two world cup final tickets off them, intended to take my old man there as a treat. Again they promised to deliver at the hotel the day before. Like other, I had a call from them saying that none will be delivered together with an email saying that they were let down by their supplier and a full refund will be made. Of course this refund never materialised. I have wasted the cost of two flights from Hong Kong to SA as well as accommodation. The worst is my old man enduring two days of travelling to get there. I am really pissed off with these scums. I don't know why credit card companies let them as well as google. I have now lost faith in all internet purchasing.

I am in the same situation...I have ordered and fully paid 2 A category tikets for the U2 concert in Rome which shall take place on 08.10.2010. I left myself fooled by the fact that it was the first ticketing company on Google and didn't check it...it seams they use the same story with everybody. I have ordered the tickets more than half of year before and when the last day of the delivery term was over passed I called them, I e-mailed them. Now they send me a message saying that they have problems in getting the tickets and there is a chance not to be able to send them, but I could cancel the order now and get back 70% of the price. I just canceled the order and asked them to send me 100% of the money, or else I would not limit to post on forums. There must be someting to be done about this. It is just too frustrating knowing that they are doing this for such a longtime and it still works for them. Google was my first thought too, but my husband laughed in my face saying that they are receiving LOTs of money for the priority of listing the sites...Isn't nobody from Norway here to let us know if there is something legally to be done. This if they really are from Norway...I will sign the petition, but, does it help in the end?

@ FretBuzz what's wrong with your petition? It seams it only lets you sign it if you donate...is this the wolf who screamed "the Wolf!"? If not, please tell me how can I sign it without donating? Thanks.
Dear Ralu, I've seen now that the donation option appears after you push SIGN. This is add by the web-site admin I think because it's new. Anyway, because it is a donation it is not mandatory. So, you can simply push the back bottom in the browser without any donation and check the signatures list, and your signature and message should appear there. It should appear something like this http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/letscancelauroteam/signatures .
I also wrote to European Consumer Center Network in my country http://www.eccromania.ro/ and they passed the case to the office in Norway because Euroteam is registered there. I am waiting a response from them until the middle of December this year. You can also write to the office in your own country. The more claims they receive, the more chances to do something.
LOL FretBuzz, we are both from Romania :)
I had the same impression at firs (that I could sign the petition without donating). But the day after I have signed it, my signature+comment were vanished. So, there is something wrong with it :( I have also contacted an internet fraud authority, even though they are from USA.
Maybe you would like to try it too: http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
Meantime I will contact eccromania too...maybe it helps if they receive more complaints.
We must do something about this, I for one will find no rest until I see them punished. The problem is that they can rebirth just like Pheonix bird, because if the persons behind this are not identified, they will have no problem just creating another "best tiketing company in the world" under another name...
Hugs!
I have checked the petition again and every signature it's on its place. It seams it was only a matter of updating the list. Thanks! Ralu.
Update:
Considering that we didn’t receive any canceling confirmation from their part, we have contacted the ticketing company the day when we arrived in Rome – 06.10.2010 – and they kept insisting that we were going to receive the tickets 2 hours before the concert. When we tried to explain that this was not acceptable, they hang up. On the concert day, exactly 2 hours before the event, we have called them. Surprisingly, they answered and they claimed that an SMS was about to be sent to us in app. 15 minutes. They sent the SMS, instructing us to go to a certain Pizzeria and look for “Alex in white t-shirt” who was supposed to deliver us the tickets. Still in shock, we have hit the road with not too much hope that we shall be able to see the concert. There we have found the guy comfortable sitting in front of a table, with a multi-page list in his hands and a crowd of people protesting and gesturing at him. He claimed that unfortunately they had no A category tickets left (the kind I have ordered & paid), but they could offer us a lower category and they would immediately reimburse us the difference. It seamed that everybody was in the very same situation. The scam was the following: according to their prices, the difference between A and B categories was very low…consequently, people were tempted to order A instead of B. But the purchasing price for B category was much cheaper for them than A. So, when he gave us the under classed tickets, I observed that the face value was of only 35 EUR, while on their site, the B category was of app. 160 EUR. For A category, I have paid 190 EUR. So they procured the tickets (B) with 35 EUR while I have paid 190 EUR (for A) and they would give me back 190-160= 40 EUR (according to the prices listed on their site, of course). Overall, they would record a profit of 150 (remaining from the price I have paid after returning the difference of 40 EUR)-35 (the actual price they have paid for the ticket that they intended to give us) = 115 EUR for each ticket. Of course, they are covered by the “rules and conditions” mentioned on the site and which we had to accept before ordering, but the fact that EVERYBODY was in the same situation and the numerous similar cases desribed on Internet about them, prooves that these are not exception, but this is their actual way of acting, which I think it’s still fraud.
Anyway, my husband and I were protesting so loud, that another guy, acting together with “Alex-white t-shirt” finally handled us 2 A category tickets and we were able to see the concert from a decent angle; the actual price showed on the A category ticket was of 109 EUR (vs. 190 EUR charged by Euroteam)

Springsteen in Europe in 2012 - They sell tickets twice the face value, without displaying the seat number and the shows are not even soldwith teh regular sellers...very suspect!
My daughter bought tickets on a debit card from Euroteam for the Olympics (ok.. she was naive and didn't know they were unauthorised or that they had NO tickets to sell !).. Even though the online process terminated before she could confirm purchase, a large sum of money was taken from her bank account. All our efforts to contact the company for return of this money has been ignored.
