So, I recently had this situation where I had to return a sink that turned out to be way too big for my needs. And let me tell you, it was quite a hassle. I mean, I had to bear the entire cost of returning it, which ended up setting me back a whopping $250. Ouch!

My name is Aubrey O'Ryan and I'm from Welkom in the Free State. I wanted to share my experience with Buildmat, specifically regarding my recent purchase of bullet hinges. On the 23/01/2023, I had the intention of buying 16x100mm x40 and 20x100mm x40 bullet hinges. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store, they didn't have enough stock of the 16x100mm hinges. Instead, they only had 16x100mm x9 in stock and informed me that they would order the remaining quantity for me.

I had already paid for the hinges, with the reference number JKNZDKDV from Sibanye mining. When I went to collect the rest of the hinges on the 21/02/2023, I realized that the invoice had been misplaced. I informed the staff about the situation and they told me that I needed to present the invoice in order to receive the remaining hinges. They called the manager to intervene, but unfortunately, he displayed an arrogant and rude attitude towards me. He stated that without the invoice, he couldn't assist me and simply dismissed my concerns. I asked him for a solution or any guidance since I didn't have the invoice, but his response was unhelpful and he simply said it was my problem.

I would greatly appreciate it if Buildmat could assist me in resolving this matter.
